Hi Lawrence, Thanks for taking the time to leave a review! Nothing beats that excitement when a new pair of headphones arrives. We're so glad you're loving them already. Enjoy the music, and welcome to the Heavys community! The Heavys Team

Hi David, Thanks for taking the time to leave a review! We're glad you're enjoying the sound quality, and we appreciate your feedback. Transparency Mode and HellBlocker are designed to work only when both earbuds are in use. Since one ear would still be exposed to the outside environment, these features wouldn't be able to properly process or block ambient sound with just a single earbud. We understand this may not suit everyone's preferred way of using earbuds, and we'll be sure to pass your feedback along to our product team for consideration. Thanks again for your support and for sharing your experience. The Heavys Team

Hi Travis, Thanks for taking the time to leave a review! We're so glad you're enjoying the crisp sound and comfortable fit. Hearing that it's been a next-level listening experience is exactly what we love to hear. Thanks again for your support, and enjoy the music! The Heavys Team
