As good as they sound they don’t do any good if when brand new a small drop (approximately 4’) on a rubber floor the head strap breaks. Customer service was good, polite and friendly. Sound quality is excellent. Look great but warranty is extremely poor. I know this 1 review is not much to get them to fix an obvious problem but maybe it may steer someone in a different direction so not to waste $200+. Would love to post pictures but it has no option to do so.
Well, what I was waiting about this headset, was the sound... And I still search for it... It significantly lakes of power.... And the sound sounds like being in the toilets of the a concert... It's like listening music on a premium headset, but with Quies ear protections... Other point of disapointment, the noise cancelation is a crap... It's like making no différence at all... Globally the only pro is the confort. It could have been 3 stars, but the bad price/quality ratio will make it a 2 for me !
These do not sound nearly as good as my JBL headphones that were a fraction of the cost and I like my music looud. Disappointed I spent so much for a not so great "upgrade."
I bought these for my 14 year old son, who loves metal music ( proud father moment). He absolutely loves them! I hardly ever see him without them anymore. I tried them and I listened to some of my old favorites and I was amazed that I heard things I had never heard before on the tracks. Simply AMAZING!!

Even with all the shipping issues, the reps at Heavy's assisted in finalizing the reception. I have barely taken them off, I use them on the computer, and with my phone. The quality for everything is amazing! My coworkers are currently debating if they are gonna join in the Heavy's family because of me! Lol!

Not the best communication. Promotion for headphones were free shipping, was charged shipping. When emailed about issue no response. “Hellblocker” the ANC is very mediocre at best. Sound quality is decent. The app is a little clunky and have to connect every time for for EQ. Not the worst but not the best.
I bought the over ear heavys and was blown away and had faultless, incredible sound up until a month ago. My young son had used them and accidentally left them on the ground after using them outside. We ended up having a huge rain event and flooded. Found the heavys submerged, I was gutted. Left them hanging for a few weeks and thought I’d at least try them before binning them. They worked! Granted they don’t sound exactly like they did but what a product! The quality of the headphones and their obvious durability is exceptional, I could not recommend anything more highly. Thank you heavys, I’ll be saving up to buy a new pair for sure!!

Really disappointed, few months after the end of the warranty, the headset started to do shit on its own randomly, for such an expensuve headset i wish it was some good quality, but its not, way too expensive for whatvit is, get axay from it
Yeah these are good headphones, but not great. Delivery was quick but I don't feel I got what I was promised. EQ is ok, but, they don't give me I'm looking for and I don't hear as many layers with the Heavys as much as I hear with my Bose QCII, however much I fiddle with the EQ. I reach for my other headphones over the Heavys as they're much more comfortable for long sessions and I don't look like Galactus wearing them. You ever wonder why they never show someone face on in their advertising campaigns? Also, I can only tolerate them for half an hour or so due to the pain they cause on the side of my head as I wear glasses. They've been gathering dust for months as I don't like them but didn't realise I only had a couple of weeks to return them.
Earbuds sounded decent, but had some issues staying connected via Bluetooth, and the right earbud would go out. Had them sent in to be replaced, which was sent back in 3 days. The replacement they sent is still stuck in the same location for the past week, and customer service just says to keep waiting. How is it they have returns shipped express, then they send my replacements with standard shipping, and then do absolutely nothing when it still stuck in the same place after a week. Especially when I originally paid for express shipping. Headphones are pretty good, but the customer service is just terrible. First time purchasing from this company, and it will probably be the last.
These are truly epic headphones and ear buds. God-like clarity combined with amazing quality construction. The sound is AMAZING!!!

I can tell you right now I've had issues. Issue after issue with shipping. But, they always took care of it. I had stuff not even get delivered to my doorstep. I had stuff delivered to the wrong address. Gen from Heavy's is probably the best customer service rep you'll ever meet in your life. This company stands behind their 100% satisfaction commitment and I have to say, after buying 5+ sets of headphones, not only is the product worth it, but the customer service alone is worth $100. Buy them. You won't ever regret it.

Wish I had never bought these, they were the biggest waste of money. I’m constantly having connectivity issues and audio going out and disconnecting all the time for no reason. Trying to pair them to a device hardly ever works. I wish I would’ve just gotten AirPods again instead.

Order Ear Buds and Headset. Overall Super improved sound for listening and gaming. Only complaint is the wired mic for gaming has wicked feedback and isn't usable. Went to Bluetooth and function normally. Earbuds noise cancelling is excellent and sound quality, but the touch controls are very finicky and don't always work on the first try.

If you are an audiophile DO NOT get these headphones. Sound is mud!!! DO NOT believe the marketing. My $90 skullcandy earbuds sound so much better. I play through a DAP and a headphone amp and still muddy crap!! No equalization helps!! I have quite a few good headphones to compare to. My Audio Technica are spot on!!! You really need to go back to the drawing board Heavys!!
I originally wasn't going to do a review, but now im upset. i got these headphones and the only thing working is the music quality. sound quality drops when im on a call, especially when i put on a video while on that call, and they were visibly flimsy from the start. today they fell from less than 5 feet up and instantly the plastic headband part snapped. So yeah im not exactly pleased about the build quality of the one part of the headphones that should have been stronger.
