I really do not understand all the positive ratings!
Almost 40 years in the music industry (recording studio and artist management) we have a lot of experience with headphones, but NEVER any worse heard about ... NO sound, not comfortable - thats it! really SORRY! ... went back

The best purchase I’ve made in 2026. The build quality is fantastic; sturdy frames with nice supple pads. Sound quality is as good as it gets. Especially with the app and the EQ, it makes music sound alive again. I’ve noticed things in songs that I wasn’t able to hear before. Well worth the money.
10 out of 10 would recommend.

I got them for my son he absolutely loves them the only thing he has not figured out yet is how to adjust the volume on them yet other than that he really likes them the quality of the earbuds is very good they are definitely different from any other earbuds

Very versatile sound quality. When fixed on heavy music, it is like rediscovering your music again. There are small differences but you notice the improvements. Very nice.

I have kept hearing about heavys online for awhile & had been curious to get a new pair of headphones from them. I'm very glad I bought them. Best headphones for music I've ever bought. Really happy with the audio quality & battery life.

Company followed up and made it right
After only part of the order came in, I was emailed and was helped tremendously by the customer service team. They bent over backwards to make sure I was taken care of, and even threw in a bonus with the replacements for the trouble. While I havent recieved the earbuds just yet, the 5 stars is definitely for the service I received after experiencing the setback. If the earbuds sound as good as I hope, I plan to follow up with purchasing the headphones.

Customer service was on point! It's fantastic to find a company that cares to keep their customers. It wasnt a huge deal, but I never saw a place to input the discount code for the father's day discount, and submitted a help request. They were super friendly and applied a refund in a rounded-up amount to the discount. A few cents, but it was an impressive few cents. And the product.... Don't get me started on the product. Once I figured out how to get around the limitations of my I-phone and blue tooth, They're even better than I'd ever imagine!! Don't be afraid of this purchase, it's worthy!

Made a bad decision 2 years ago..
2 years ago i was in doubt about the Heavys H1H and another one. I choose the other one (due to fully exchangeable parts).
Finlay i ordered the Heavys H1H, because i was not totaly happy with my old one...
Best desicion in my life so far - regarding to headphones.
The weight is a heavyer then my old one, but the fitting is very nice and comfortable.
I turned it on and lissened to a variety of music. The sound is amazing good, and adjustable with the equalizer in the app.
Then i took some of my favourits (Metalica - One, Iron Maiden - number of the beast and fear of the darkOzzy Osbourne - Road to nowhere, Vission of atlantis - Clocks, Vivaldi metal project - ilusion of iternaty)
Firtst i lissned each song on my old one, and played the list again on my brand new Heavys.
The sound is verry good. the equaliser makes it possible to tweak the sound as you like it most.
Now its clear: I should have orderd this one 2 years earlier 😊
Delivery to the Netherlands took 6 days (including weekend), package arived 1 day earlier then first mentioned on the track and trace.

The selling point for me was that Heavy's are louder than the other headphones on the market. It was claimed that they are louder and can possibly hurt your ears so be carefull. Thats why i bought them. I hate quiet headphones. I wanna turn my music UP. These things are QUIETER than my $20 ear buds i got off Amazon. Total waste of money! These are $300 guys. When i emailed the Heavy's customer service asking how to i get them to be louder i was told that you cant make them louder because of safety and they recommended adjusting an equalizer. I tried the Heavys app. I turned it all the way up on my phone none of that makes it louder. When i purchased these i envisioned buying more as christmas gifts for family later this year. You can forget that. If any heavys employee responds to this with a dumb suggestion, F you ahead of time.

1. Disable ‘audio normalization’ in Spotify playback settings
2. Disable ’Soundcheck’ in Applemusic
3. check 'sounds and haptics' headphone volume limits in iPhone settings
These features may limit volume and the dynamic range of the audio source.
4. use the R / L labels for correct sound directionability into the ear

The obvious reasons for the 5 star review are because of the amazing quality headphones! H1H or earbuds, you cannot go wrong with your choice, I have both and I sometimes have a hard time picking what I’ll use 😂,
They are extremely comfortable. They are loud, it’s not like a distorted loud or like it’s missing something, the tone is crazy, the bass is amazing, it’s perfect for every genre of music no matter which choice in headphones you make!!
I originally purchased the hex gaming bundle and was disappointed when I got some different shells and no mic cable with my order. This is something that understandably happens and the best part about it was, the customer service experience and the care and attention given to fixing everything, you truly have to know that this is a real company who really wants to make you happy. Don’t waste your time or money anywhere else!

My best custumer support experience ever!
I've been an early supporter of Heavys since Kickstarter days...my H1H have been running and running and running...best Headphones I've ever had and I couldn't be happier...
14 days ago my left speaker died...I wrote an email to heavys support and they took a lot of time to check if there is any possibility to get the speaker run again...after a lot of effort of the support,nothing could be done;speaker was dead
If been really sad bout that BUT they gave their best...warranty was over and with most companies your're at best a customer 2nd class
After a couple of days I've got another email with a 40% discount code on another brandnew H1H Heavys and they thanked me for my support since Kickstarter days!
Got the Headphones very quick and I have to say that this has been the best,nicest and most compentent customer support I've ever dealt with!
Great Company,great products and,most important,great people too!
