Excellent first experience with HIDIZS

It was my the first purchase from this company, and it went very well. They were communicative and professional when there was a slight hiccup on my end of the purchase. Once that was cleared up, they shipped immediately. I ordered the HIDIZS 3.5mm Upgrade Cable (0.78mm 2pin) and it is of high quality. I plan on buying a spare, and I do believe I'll be using this company to do so.

Shady Criminals

They refuse to accept responsibility for a product fault, and refuse to comply with UK trade laws with regards to refunds. After filing a fraud report with the UK Police's Action Fraud team, HIDIZS next move was to remove their business address from their website. Just plain shady.

MP143: Amazing Planar IEM

Purchased the MP143s from their website along with S9 Pro Plus dongle DAC and shipping was really fast and package was well wrapped. Products were really good, I have been using the MP143s for a month and these have been amazing!

The product is awesome. The OS has some glitches that can and I hope will be improved but over all I am happy with it, the audio quality produced is what I was looking for when I decided to go for it.

4.4mm MS3 cable

I wanted to purchase a 4.4mm cable for the MS3, as I have those in 3.5mm. I reached to customer support and they were fast and efficient. The cable itself is the same thick one as the stock one, only with the 4.4mm plug.

I decided to try Hidisz a year ago and my experiences with their products have led me to believe they're a steal. I've several products from them and all are real value for the money. Product wise, all have improved my listening experience, may it be with iem, pods or headphones.

I have purchased a Hidizs S9 Pro early…

I have purchased a Hidizs S9 Pro early this year. The first day of use was Ok.I found the DAC got very hot and the balanced output didn't work very well (have to turn down the volume of the source to avoid distortion). However, after 9 months of less than normal use, the device started to make static noises. I tried to seeking for assistance and the support was not very helpful. When I asked for warranty coverage, the after sell sent me instructions which I have to pay for shipping from my end and responsible for any costs (in case of misuse) and any custom costs ... Etc. which might end up costing almost the same as you buying a new one when it is on sale and all the waiting time and hassles. Basically, the warranty is useless. I definitely will not recommend anyone to buy from this company based on my experience

Sonido claro, neutro y limpio. No tiene color. Los presets de equalización (filtros) son muy finos, yo no los distingo, siempre suena igual. Funciona bien con Windows 11 y con Galaxy 22 + USB Audio Player Pro. Comparado con un Dragonfly Red y un Topping 50DIII + A50II + P50 NO hay diferencias substanciales en mi auricular Beyerdynamic T5 (3 generación).
