Most reviewers were let down by their experience overall. Many customers frequently complained about severe product quality issues, reporting that internal hardware components, batteries, and screens failed shortly after their initial purchase. Consumers also experienced deeply frustrating customer service challenges, noting that support teams were completely unhelpful, unresponsive, and painfully slow to resolve reported problems.
The minority of people were genuinely satisfied with the strong hardware performance, smooth display features, and overall quality of certain devices. A few reviewers even shared exceptionally great customer care experiences, prompt online communication, and fully well-functioning products received during their recent purchases.
Placed an order last Monday for an Honor 200 Pro, tracking shows there was a problem at the sorting depot and it's effectively gone missing. Honor refuse to do anything about it until their investations are complete, mean while holding MY money with no product!
Absolute joke. Will be doinga chargeback on my card.
Phones are dreadful barely work to a decent manner and when I take a picture or record anything it looks and sounds like I've used a device from the 1910s the microphones and cameras are literally the worst I've ever seen and I've used some cheap cheap budget phones and all of them are better than an honor facts, I'd never buy another honor phone or recommend anyone else to buy one either, must have cost all of 10 pence to make the phone I have genuinely.
Honor phones offer strong hardware for the price, with good performance and features. The initial value is impressive.
However, the ownership experience is inconsistent. Claiming advertised promotions can be slow and complicated. More importantly, customer service is a significant weak point. Resolving any issue is often frustrating, with poor communication and slow responses.
You get capable hardware, but support feels like an afterthought. For a reliable long-term experience, look elsewhere.
i purchased the magic 7 pro last month, it has an issue with connectivity and signal. also i cant hear properly.
i wen to the customer service in Dubai the technician told me the mobile has no problem, i tried to explain to him but no use.
in general the after sales service with honor is the worst and i will go back to Iphone where i never faced any issue
If I could give zero stars I would for this company.
When you buy a new phone on their website there is a link to trade in your old phone to recommerce.com. sending it to a address in Newcastle.
I done this and now two weeks later I have had no communications or any chance of a payment.
I contacted honor and all they keep doing is sending me the link to the company
Honor has to share some sort of responsibility with this as they are promoting them on their website.
Buyers be aware, these two companies are duping customers.
I purchased the Honor 400 Pro a couple of months back via O2 with the offer of a free gift pack which included Tablet, charger, smart watch and headset sent the claim in but I get replies from 3rd party Exertis latest reply was "oh it's out of stock waiting for supplies to arrive" It's just excuse after excuse. Don't trust them to deliver on their promises of non existent gift pack
They are bunch of thieves and probably worst customer service I have dealt. They do not refund your own gift card card voucher you used upon return the device. One representative answer differently and other give Italy opposite answer.Avoid
Horrible tactic, making people go on website on the certain date and type, put in all details to see the error message on a promotional deal anytime you try to buy with any deal, honestly dissapointed. Christmas special offer is a misinfornation and misleadibg tactic, they basically block the page so people can’t use the ProMotion and they say that they have an error and to go back to shopping hoping that people will go for different non-promotional products, this is dirty move honestly.
Silence on complaints of fault and rude over the phone call. According to my 5 months experience and…
According to my 5 months experience and bad and hard time, I would say this company to be move and sttled in Africa or far east to do the bad and rude service rather than grabbing money from people of the UK.
Very nasty,
They will do anything in everything to avoid fixing a firm or a parent of fault that is a manufacturers fault there are probably one of the worst companies right now they're trying to be big for no reason no wonder why people avoid them right now. I have a magic V3 and the display as a problem with the pixels it is unknown manufacturer fault but they said it was self-inflicted damage and they want to anything about it. They should have done a recall an all magic v3 mitigate screen pixels dying.
Purchased magic7 pro on black friday sale, absolutely great price for a phone that is better than what I expected. Easy to apply discount code, delivery of the phone was next day as promised. The phone itself is 10/10. Will beat any Samsung or iPhone flagship in terms of value for price.
I reside in Scotland and wished to purchase a Honor Laptop. I had great difficulty with the website and eventually sent them an email. I found out that they don't deliver to Scotland despite it only coming from Reading. I am in the central belt of Scotland with very good delivery services. It's shocking that they refuse to deliver to Scotland.
I love the Honor ecosystem and I will always be Team Honor but...
I would like to suggest the invention and sale of a foldable clamshell smartphone in an Honor version.
Such as the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip or the Oppo Find N2 Flip, but in an Honor version. I am sure that this would be of interest to many loyal Honor customers, like me who want a foldable flip phone ((Vertically) but want to stay within the Honor ecosystem, I'll definitely be the first to buy it if you make this type of phone under your brand.
I saw that a version like this was created in China, but apparently it's unlikely to be sold in France, I don't understand why; we Europeans are really looking forward to benefiting from it too, please
Thank you in advance. Best regards.
I wanted to take a moment to acknowledge the outstanding support I received from Anastasia in your UK Customer Care team.
I’ve spoken with her both over the phone and via email, and on every occasion she has been professional, courteous, and proactive in keeping me updated throughout the process.
I don’t usually leave feedback, but Anastasia went above and beyond to help resolve the issues with my phone — and it’s the least I can do to express my gratitude.
She is a real credit to your company.
DO NOT BUY AN HONOR PHONE
Absolute Rubbish
I constantly have to keep resetting the biometrics in this worthless piece of rubbish which is a real pain because of online banking and its slow
I have a beaten up old huaweii phone with a badly cracked screen which without a doubt out performs the crap honor phone
I bought this phone from EE , I did do the form to get free things watch earlier buds and tablet. I told them I did the form no items turned up ! I had done a promotion form 16th Oct with no confirmation email back so now he wants me to search for none existing emails confirmation, so review goes on it's a joke I wouldn't recommend buying honour
I had a very disappointing experience with this company. They did not collect my return, and customer service ignored my emails. I decided to try an alternative to Samsung, but that turned out to be a mistake. Their level of professionalism was very low, and I eventually had to contact my credit card provider to dispute the charge. I advise others to be very cautious when dealing with this company.
Horrible customer service I got a phone contract and got a honor mobile phone and less than a month later they add loads of extra items for free emailed someone and basically it is what it is
