I do see you were issued a courtesy prepaid return label since your item did not originally qualify for free returns, and were refunded immediately upon receipt of the shoes by our warehouse. It looks like since both of your items were on sale/clearance they did not qualify for our upgraded shipping but did ship via our basic free shipping. We will make note of the shipment to FedEx that it took significantly longer than it should have!
