Terrible customer service. They were very slow to send my order, and after two weeks it still has not arrived. The customer service representative was very unhelpful. I will never order from this store again.

That is a Friday evening after our posted 2 PM EST cutoff for shipping the same day. We are closed on the weekends for shipping, so your order was shipped on Monday the 27th via USPS Priority Mail. This was the free shipping option selected during checkout. We do not set or promote guaranteed delivery for this service. I do see you emailed us several times, and Louie from our team responded within 1 hour of each message. We sincerely apologize that your package is not going to arrive before your trip, but please know we shipped on time, correctly, and have followed up each time you reached out. Have a nice day!
The return process was not very easy
The return process was not very easy. There was no bag included with the shoes to return them. Getting a return mailing label was not an easy process - I had to ask for it 5 days after ordering it. Customer Service was responsive via email, but getting what I needed was not easy.
