I ordered a pair of Brooks and unfortunately the build of the shoe doesn't work with my foot pattern. The customer service department made it super easy to either exchange or return the product, which to me is everything. I will definitely be purchasing athletic clothes from Holabird Sports in the future because their prices are fantastic.
