Purchasing/Quality are great. Returns are a pain. Some companies who don’t offer free returns at least create return labels for you and then subtract that amount from your refund. But having to do my own shipping made me not want to shop there again. Returns happen when you online shop, especially shoes. Returns shouldn’t be so difficult.

Only one shoe brand and model works for me. No problem they said.
I wear a size 10 women's athletic shoe. Only one brand has a shoe in which my "mature" feet are happy. When I heard the company was changing the format of this shoe, I was horrified. I ordered a pair from Holabird Sports; they sent it immediately. It seemed small so I called them, and they had the shoe in size 10.5. Then it seemed a good idea to buy a second pair. In the end I purchased 2 pairs after receiving 3 pairs.
Holabird Sports handled my strange situation and behavior with ease. The shoes arrived in a timely manner. The return was handled and refunded in like manner. I was pleased with the advice I received from them.
Since the style was being discontinued, the sale price was a huge savings.
Holabird Sports always does a great job! I have bought at least 6 pair of Brooks shoes from them. Maybe more. It's always the same great experience and service. Thank you and keep it up!

I had ordered the wrong pair of shoes. Instead of tennis, I ordered running shoes. I called Holabird and explained the situation. They did not have the same brand in a tennis shoe . They credited my account after I returned the wrong pair
