I sent back a parcel with clothes because the things were no longer needed. The package was sent on July 18, 2026. No refund has been made, and I have not received any replies to my letters, although I have written repeatedly. Terrible service and feedback

Nice product and nice return policy. But it took over a week for the shipment to arrive in SE PA from Baltimore/Towson as it went all the way up to NY distribution centers and eventually back down to Wilmington, DE. It was the USPS shipping service.
