I’m so disappointed! I ordered 5 shirts. I received three of the 5 but 2 of them are not even what I ordered and I would never wear either of them! I have tried all morning to contact them to send them back but can’t get in touch with them and the email address is not valid! I guess this was an expensive lesson not to order off line! P.S I would of left a minus star but they wouldn’t let me post with a rating!
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY/WEBSITE! Worst product ever. They cannot even ship the exact product they show online. Product shipped is so off from the pictures it is disgusting!

I cancelled my order; Holapick confirmed that they got my cancellation request. They offered discounts on future order but I said No I just wanted to cancel and wanted my money back. Their response was to ship the order that I cancelled. They wouldn't give me the address to send it back. They kept stalling until the 30 day return period was up. Don't do business with this company - they don't care about their customers. They are a rip-off company.
I placed an order for 4 women's tops, and then saw the reviews on this site; I promptly sent an email requesting cancellation of my order. I received an answer within 2 days, requesting a reason for the cancellation. I replied with my reason (unsure whether the sizes would be accurate, and stating that the reviews on their website did not correspond with customer reviews elsewhere). They issued a refund within the next day or so. All in all, I would say they offered good customer service.
DO NOT order from here. They take your money and never send you your order!! They are money stealing ripp offs

Holapick, shame on you! So sorry I ordered anything from this place. The material was cheap, nothing like the pictures. It took over 10 emails to get an address in China to return my goods. It took 3 months to get to China only to be sent back to me unopened. The post office said it happens a lot, the company doesn't want to pay the tax so they send it back to Oz. I will complain until I get my money back. They offered me $32 back originally but I declined. I want all my money back and I will dispute this until it happens. Crap customer service Holapick!@@@

Very cheap clothes, quality and colours are totally different from the pictures. Return has to send back to China by yourself. They want it with a receipt, so from Germany the parcel costs about 45,- €, even though it was delivered from Köln in Germany. I sent it to China without a receipt (17,- €), but didn't get any money back.
I ordered a very nice looking sweater - what I got looks like something you’d buy at a dollar store for 4$. It resembles what I ordered but in no way actually is the sweater in the picture . I can honestly say I wasted my money and will never order from there again. Also I unfortunately ordered 5 items of which they sent only the one. Not looking forward to the rest of it ever arrives.
They stole my money $150.00 I had back surgery and needed some dresses to wear around the house. I just can't stand anything touching my back. That was the first part of last year. Still nothing. Seems to me china is trying to rip everyone off. But I noticed there isn't many replys to use non china people. That's because it's a robot doing it.

I am so disappointed mad and frustrated. Never mind the fact that it took three and a half weeks for the items to come I'll let that slide because of the backed up mail I understand. But when I get my items and every single item is incorrect except for one I got eight things only one item was right it was like they just threw whatever they wanted and sent it to me they even sent me doubles of shirts that I did not order I am so mad. Now I have to wait I got to send everything back I just want my credit they can have their ship back and I'm done do not order from them and it's too bad cuz they have some really really cute stuff
I ordered 4 tops One was listed as Linen/Cotton, but was Polyester. 2 of the tops fitted perfect but one was too small which left me reluctant to put on in case I damaged it, and the other was soooooooooo huge. Hung down my shoulders and I could have put it on with my husband inside it too. When I asked them to send me the two correct size tops and for them to pay for sending the two tops back they said they couldn't do that, that I had to send them back for a refund, but it was within a time frame. As it took 2 and a half months to arrive, it would not have got back to them in time for a refund. I wondered if this is why it takes sooo long to arrive, so refund doesn't get paid as it has past date for refund. I told them the size on labels were all the same, so why did two tops fitted perfectly and I told them as it was there incorrect sizing on the garments they should pay for returning the items. They refused. Buy at your own risk, BUT I wished I read the reviews as I would NEVER had purchased from them.

If I could give this company less than 1 I would...step far away...I placed an order in October and it's now almost Feb and I haven't received it. Emails with them are crazy..they want order number, bank records of payment, prior email...I give up!! They will do anything to keep your money when you never receive your order, they actually admitted it was lost, but still no refund!! Don't waste your time with their junk
The clothes arrived 9-10weeks after order AND are NOTHING like the website photos. Materials are mispresented on the website & sewing is so so so inadequate! AND the items smell toxic! I was not able to even open the clear plastic bags they were shipped Customer Service is nearly non-existent; as I am continuously replied to with form emails offering to return 1/2 my funds DESPITE their return policy stating otherwise!!! They REFUSE to provide a return shipping address so I can proceed with the return. OVERALL a horrible company. I wassuckered in during the hidays with advertised Black Friday Deals AND fake reviews 😡
