This company is a total scam
This company is a total scam. They gave me the runaround for months. First they said your dress will be shipped within X amount of days, then nothing. When I contacted them, they told me it would be shipped soon over and over again. Then, when it hadn't shipped, I finally asked for a refund, they said they would issue one multiple times. Then back and forth about how they don't issue refunds but do I want the dress? Then when I'd say I wanted the dress, they'd say it was out of stock and ask me if I wanted a refund. It went round and round like this forever before I realized it was a scam. I wish I had done my due diligence but I guess I learned a valuable lesson!

Do not use this company
Do not use this company, They are thieves and crooks. I purchased some items in June 22, not of which were as described. I asked how to return them, it took a month for them to provide a return address, which was in the USA. I returned the goods at my own expense by tracked Royal Mail as requested. This cost me another £30. The goods were delivered by Royal Mail on 8th August. Here we are over two months later and despite repeated reminders I have not received any refund. This company is a disgrace and in my opinion operate illegally.

Scam Company all the way! Ordered several items, the description was incorrect, sizing is way off and quality lacks. But that's not the worst... I waited 30 minutes for customer service to pick up line so I could return the items. No one answers their phone just a loop of music. Left several emails regarding the same. NO RESPONSE, NO REFUND!

One star is way to generous for this scam website. They show pix taken from other catalogs and then send cheap t-shirt material with a screen print of the picture. Nothing like what is shown. Very hard to work with. STAY AWAY!!! Reply: I cannot give you my order number because you never sent me a confirmation of the order, nothing was included in the package, and I can no longer get into my account on the website. I have written to your customer service about the website access, as well as making a return and gotten no reply. I have essentially gotten nothing from you that I paid for, including no service.

Scammers is what this company is!!! BEWARE people, good reviews are no legitimate. Holapick is just a front name for Orderplus International (go read reviews). They'll take your hard earned money, send you a product of a very poor quality and all you can do to at least recover something is to open a claim with Paypal, and these scammers will give you only a small percentage back, if you decline it, that's it, all your money gone. ______________________________ Edited to reply to scammers: How dare you suggest my review is subjective! You make money by scamming people. I ordered 3 products described on your website as "cotton-linen mix" you sent me cheap polyester product, horrendous which is now dumped, where it belongs! You hope people don't complain and you make money, A percentage of people, probably 50% would open a case with Paypal (or only the ones wise enough to have paid through Paypal) and you agree to a 50% refund, then again, you still make money!! Isn't that a scam??? And for your "legitimate" positive reviews..ehh..men saying they loved their dresses, or fitted perfectly, or women "delighted with their purchase" and that's their one and only review in Trustpilot, how gullible you think we are???. I tried to cancel my order after I read the reviews, I wish I would have read them first. I've seen better quality of clothes at dollar tree, for one dollar. How this company is able to run a scam like this is a mystery, seems like by now all of the big companies that allow financing, like pay pal pay in 4 etc... would be aware that this company is horrible.It took forever to arrive and if I tried to return it, it wouldn't be worth the aggravation, I just threw away 124.00, but it taught me a very valuable lesson. Holapick SENT ME ALL THE WRONG SIZES
I purchased 6 blouses in which I ordered 5 size large and 1 size extra large. I received 2 large, 2 medium, 1 -2X, and 1-3X. I won’t be able to wear any of them because they are not true to size in any way.

I ordered two tops from Holapick using their size chart and they were to big. I was charged $17.00 shipping and a "International Service Assessment" charge because the payment was paid to Hong Kong. It took 3 weeks for delivery. I emailed Holapick that I just wanted to exchange for a different size. After over 20 emails (the same 6 boiler plate emails) and another 3 weeks, they kept asking me to pay another $20 to Paypal. The worst customer service I have ever had to deal with. Holapick has sister websites AnnieCloth, Realyiyi, Ninacloak, Just Fashion Now to name a few. Be careful
