This company is awful on every level. Garments are extremely poor quality and small small small. Not as pictured...not same garment...some pieces never come. Say you can return but that is not possible....just don't! Really a scam company.
Undependable
I ordered two shirts from Holapick at two different times. First order got 1 shirt of 2, wrong size. Order 2 ,1un shirt of 2 but I didn't order the 1 they sent.
No refund received
Ordered two dresses. I received two separate packages that were dup!icate orders,. I returned both as they did not fit. To date I have not received a refund.
Horrible you have to send items back to China!
Horrible, horrible! DO NOT BUY unless you expect to ship the items that DO NOT FIT back to china for $80.00usd. This is exactly what they get away with! DO NOT BUY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
HolaPick is a scam
HolaPick is a scam! The products are not the same as in the picture...bad quality, cheap fabric and not true to size. They also sent the wrong products (color and size) and then expect you to pay for shipping back to China!!! BEWARE CUSTOMERS...you won't get your money back!
STAY AWAY
Where do I begin, i had an order a year ago that took 4 months to arrive. 3 items of the 15 fit and were of quality, the rest were wrong size received, some fit for a child and did not look anything as the photo. Then after shipping the product back costing me 175 dollars shipping 14 items they would not refund me!! And this goming on for almost a year emails bakc and forth-gave me a credit and shipped my product back to me which i did not want and donated if anyone would ever wear such a horrible halloween costume clothing. which i still had to pay for shipping. SCAM ARTISTS! horrible quality.
Buy at your own risk. The website is not what you will get.
Thought I was purchasing a lovely blue gauze type top with butterflies. It took way to long to ship and when I got it it wasn't anything like the picture on the website. It was cheaply made cotton. Was extremely disappointing. Will never buy again. Very deceiving website pictures.
Better than anticipated
The 2 piece dress I ordered was above my expectations. It was a much nicer quality than the inexpensive price would have indicated.My only complaint was the shipping cost was high; half the cost of the dress and duster.

Ordered 3 shirts 2 in a 2X and 1 in a…
Ordered 3 shirts 2 in a 2X and 1 in a 3X. Finally got all 3 but all ran smaller than size ordered and one had color totally different than what description said, 2nd one had a terrible design from what the photo showed, and the 3rd one wasn't even what I had ordered. How can you not see that a shirt that has "Beautiful Bad B__" is not a black shirt with a large sequin heart on the front. Not even going to bother sending them back. But I will never order from this company again and I hope no one else does either. Shame on your customer service.
Refund Success
Today I have news from my payment provider informing me that I have been successful in my case against Holapick. I have received a full refund for the total of my order. However Holapick have ignored and have not reimbursed me for the postage costs. If the items had been as described there would have been no need for me to return them. I will continue to press them for that cost. GOOD LUCK to all buyers.
Holapick disrespectful company
Same old story today from Holapick. Saying that their resolution team is dealing with my situation but they are refusing to give me details on how to contact that team. Also refuse to further engage while PayPal are involved. If this happened in UK the problem would be resolved straight away.

Do not order from this company the merchandise is cheap and not true to size. I ordered 3 shirts which were paper thin and I ordered xtra large which fit like a size medium and they will never stop emailing you. You cannot even opt out of the emails which is ridiculous. you will forever be on their email list. i

ABYSMAL CUSTOMER SERVICE AND GOODS
Hi this is my latest experience with Holapick. I receive and respond to their emails daily. I didnt receive one item from my order of five. After much debate I returned the four items and forwarded them proof of return and have not even received a refund for the missing garment they informed me that they couldn't obtain it. Latest excuse, as I paid with PayPal they cannot refund my cash as I have an ongoing case with them. They have decided that once I close my case with PayPal they will then consider refunding me. They also say that I have to inform their resolution team as they are now involved. Despite me asking several times how to contact the team they have not given me names etc., to contact them. So we have a stalemate currently. Be warned DO NOT WASTE YOUR HARD END CASH with this company

Any positive review about this company is a lie. Extremely poor service, poor quality, terrible customer service, NO returns, and sizes are so far off from normal you would never know how to order. I received a size XXL women's capri pants with a 12 inch waist. I'm serious.

CONTINUOUS ABYSMAL SERVICE FROM HOLAPICK
Again I have to make buyers beware of this company. The email I received today is informing me that for any further assistance with my case with them, I have to contact the resolution team. As I have previously stated they refuse to forward me any details to make contact with the resolution team, therefore I have had no cooperation from Holapick. The items have allready been returned by Royal Mail as a special delivery and they have not yet refunded me the money for an 5th item that was part of my order. They have confirmed that they can longer obtain this item so it is reasonable to expect an immediate refund to me. However they will not do this unless I close the open case that is being investigated. No doubt I will be writing further reviews unfortunately.
Beware ordering from Holapick
Just to inform others on my latest experience with Holapick.They have emailed me today saying that I have to contact the Resolution Team about my issues with them in the past few days but have not given me the contact details to do so. I was ignored on this point and informed that if I had any issues with my order they would only be to happy to help. It's quite ludicrous that they are refusing to refund the whole order, despite me returning it by special delivery and they make a comment that they would be happy to help if I have any issues. Before anyone does business with this company, be prepared for wrong sized, cheap quality fabric and poorly manufactured garments. GOOD LUCK if you have issues with this company
CUSTOMER SERVICE HOLAPICK
I have received a message fro Holapick again asking that I send photographs of the items I am dissatisfied with. They have ignored the previous emails with photographs of the items despite me forwarding them on three occasions I returned the items yesterday at a cost to me. Again I say BEWARE
VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
To write my review I have to give one star which is not an accurate opinion because they should have no stars. However I have written two previous reviews and I feel I should inform prospective buyers that I have had to take action from my payment provider to issue a dispute to get a full refund for the really poor service and goods from this company. So BEWARE PLEASE if considering buying goods from this company
