This is a sham company and their customer service rep, "Norman, intentionally provided misleading information.
They took my money on December 29, 2021. It's January 20, 2022 and the items have not yet been shipped.
"Norman's" response to my requesting was that all items were already shipped out and in transit. Yet when I checked the link he provided, a label was created on January 10th but there's no indication that the package has been picked up. The package being picked up is a key step to the package being delivered.
"Label create" is false progress. It's January 20th and no progress.
SCAMERS, SCAMERS, SCAMERS they stole my money never get my order. I paid $129.13 they don't answer my e-mails they are SCAMERS....DON"T buy here they STOLE my MONEY
Don't waste your money!! Quality is horrible and customer service is non-existent. I've been trying to get an answer about how to return my items and no one will respond. I have a feeling I've lost $80 but I'm going to keep trying. I'm pretty sure all these positive reviews are not from real customers!
I had the worst experience with Holapick, the garments did not fit, I reached out to the company and they said I could purchase all the items at a discount rate, but after making the payment I never received the items. I wish they had some way the give actual sizes which save a lot of time for customers. The items also did not look like the pictures, it was such a disapointment.
Just received my items after a 3 week wait. Very disappointed the items bear no resemblence to the pictures must have a very good camera. This was my first and definately last purchase
Goods purchased took 3 instead of 2 weeks when arrived all looked ok. Took dress out bits of material falling out of packet. It was screen printed not dyed so when stretched it became see through and seams were very poorly sewn.
Coat was obviously for a person sized 12/14 not as ordered a size 20 although the overall quality of the coat was good.
Customer services respond promptly but keep fobbing me off with Discount Voucher. I have 3 times requested a full refund to my Credit Card and returns label. So far none of these have been forecoming. Todays email is offering a £16 Voucher to be credit to my account and to keep the unusable and unsatisfactory not fit for purpose goods.
Appalling all round.
The clothes I ordered looked nothing like the pictures. The colours were not even close to the photos, bland. The material was rough, flimsy, and very cheap looking. The fit was way off. Everything I ordered was completely unwearable. I had read the reviews on their website which were pretty much 5 star, but now I wonder if those reviews were actually from real customers. Their return policy is not long enough at “within 30 days” to get these clothes back to China, plus the shipping was almost as much as I paid for the crappy clothes. I left a poor review on their website which I see has not been posted. There is definitely something not right about this company. I certainly could never recommend their products and will never buy a thing from them again.
Terrible. Second review. These emails must be scams. The goids that arrived at my home are only fit for trash. Not fit for purpose. I launched a dispute with PayPal for my money returned and now Hokaplex are emailing me telling me ti drop my case. They say I have to drop my case so they can come to an arrangement. Silly silly, if I drop it i will get nothing obviously. But they keep in at me. They are a company and I am one lone disabled older person who cannot lose this £46,45. They scammed me. I swear this is the truth, I would not get this upset for nothing. Keep away from this company, they scam you then make up their own reviews. Thieves and scammers . I want my money now
I ordered several items and received them. They were no as advertised and were of extremely bad quality so I was returning them. It took 6 emails going back and forth before they gave me the answer to how I send them back. They do not provide a return label and you have to send them back to China. It would have cost me $60.00 and I was returning $90.00 in clothing - this is a total scam company-DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!
Hope you read the reviews before ordering. If I had, I would not have ordered. I am not even upset but be advised STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! Seriously! I got a piece I did not order and a piece missing. The leggings I ordered would fit my 10 year old niece and a dress I ordered size 5X cause I wanted really loose and it is no bigger than a size 14. The colors are beautiful, the material is thin but could be acceptable. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AT ALL. Seriously, stay away.
I purchased 6 blouses from what I thought was an Australian Company 8 weeks ago - only to learn that it is a chinese company - they didn't dispatch in 24-48 hours as they say they will. I measured myself and ordered sizes according to their dimensions on the web site. I am normally a size 18 - 20 - I ordered 3XL & 4XL and only 1 of the blouses fit - one blouse was nice (one that didn't fit) the rest were really cheap thin material and if I saw them in a clothing store would not have paid $5 for them. I asked for a refund but got no reply. Be warned they are cheap for a reason
If one could give a negative star I would. Not one of the five items was as per their website. At least three were misrepresented, looking as though the dress was shaped, only to find its a tent. Having shopped online for many years, I know my size but still checked with their size chart. One shirt is larger than I need but the shoulders are smaller, another top came in blue when ordered purple, a skirt - again larger than usual for me - the waste is too tight. And having asked for a refund, they offered me £20 for a £60 order and have not replied since. Absolutely fraudulent company. No surprise they do not reply to their negative ratings on here. DO NOT TOUCH THEM.
I love this app. Found things I had never seen before...clothings you can't find here and really quick shipping. The tracking needs a little work I have received items but can't give a rating because the tracking says it still has two weeks til delivery. Will continue to use.

I have just received a dress i ordered from Holopick.
Its nothing like the picture its shabby material its probably 2 sizes to small it has no labels on and their policy is you cannot return items without labels or tags.That £19 wasted money. I CAN ONLY ADVISE PEOPLE NOT TO BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
I ordered a blouse that was supposed to be linen. Weeks later a received a cheap, 100% polyester, poorly made blouse. This company engages in bait-and-switch! Total fraud! Please report them to the Better Business Bureau. I can't believe they are still in business.
Do not order from this company. I ordered 5 tops and have attempted to return 3. One wasn't what I'd ordered, another was the wrong size, and the other just didn't fit right. Their site said returns were easy, but I've tried going through their return process twice and have gotten no response. All of the items were poor quality.
BUYERS BEWARE! I may have to go BBB as I ordered 4 shirts one order April. It took till May to get 2 alike diff colors But 1 said the correct Label 2X but did not match 2X other correct one . They gave me a small credit for size issue. Got a another shirt early June no issues other then how long it took . My last Shirt was Received Yesterday June30 and OMG I ordered a shirt multi color of lots of Purple top portion lighter green and what they sent me since waiting April, was Red/orange/yellow and upper almost black dark Forrest green! This is False advertising and if they give a customer a choice of Color sizes why are they not Not adhereing to Best Business Practices! If they don’t rectify this situation shortly n prioritize shipping with correct match EXACTLY I will have no choice then go thru BBB . And stop with the COVID 19 on all transactions !
