I have to add to my previous review of Holapick. They are making it extremely difficult to return the goods I received. I informed them of the poor quality of the goods especially the material and finish of them. They responded by saying that I have to send them photographs of the items on hangers before they will even consider taking my complaint further. Of course I responded that if I feel the quality is poor then if they're not happy with that statement then they have a problem.So please beware when buying from this company

One of my items was missing. I waited 3 weeks for delivery and had to contact the company twice and requested that I be patient. Cheap material looks like the clothes were thrown together. There was no shape either. The items were not as described and very poorly finished
No chance I would buy anything from this site I wouldnt take the stuff free of charge

The quality is terrible the shipping was terrible and the worst of all is the sizing is completely wrong not even close. I ordered a 3x and it fit my size 8 friend. Do not order from this site!!!

Completely different patterns, style and colours from what was ordered. A dark dye run on the bust of one of the dresses. Offered a small credit to be used but Can’t trust them now.
Buyer Beware! I don't even want to give them one star. I don't understand how they have a 3.4 rating? I purchased four items about $100 from them. It took over a month to get here and when I received the items they were horrible. The quality was worse than I've ever seen before. The sizing was off, the shapes were odd the quality of fabric was terrible. I contacted them immediately and wanted to return the items for a refund. Their website States to contact them within 30 days have an unopened package have items not worn and you can get a refund. They are refusing to refund my money. They say they can't do it, they won't do it even though I have followed all their guidelines as stated on their website. I am out $100 and am an extremely dissatisfied customer and will never do business with them again. I believe they are based out of China and are a very unscrupulous company. I give them negative five stars!

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. They are a total scam. I purchased three items (and was billed under a different company name of Shoespar instead of Holapick) Only 2 items arrived and they were the most hideous quality. They told me the third item was discontinued but instead of returning my money they kept it and nearly two years later and many emails they still have my money and refuse to give it back. They are a total SCAM company and STAY WELL CLEAR FROM THEM. They operated hiding under the umbrella company called Shoespar.com and now they operate under Aober UK Limited by a chinese person who just has a registered address in London but resides in China taking everyones hard earned cash. If you look under the reviews for Shoespar in trustpilot you will see all the people who have been scammed and this will also happen under their current company they hide behind Aober UK Limited. The law is so wrong to allow this to happen and they can get away with it.
Was so excited to see their line of cloths for my granddaughter spent $149.00 for 8 items. After a month I received only 2 items. After numerous emails and another month I finally received 4 more items and they were not even what I ordered. I was offered a credit to purchase more items no way. I finally received a partial refund of 1/3 of what I spent. I was told I could keep the cloths which were not even something my grandmother would wear and very poor quality. Will never use this company again.
Do NOT buy anything! The articles seem so nice on the photos but the qualitiy and colours are mostly different. They sent me an article full of mould, the other one was not even similar to the photo. It cost 17 Euros, it was worth maybe 4.- I asked for refund, they offered a reduction for the NEXT order or 5.- refund. That happened several times, they send wrong or low quality articles and do not pay the money back even if it is evident that it was their fault. Now they wrote they would pay money back for not delivered articles, I was given a case number, I should just tell them if this was ok for me. But no more reaction so far although I sent several emails. Another Time they told me I should first tell my bank to close the open case, then they would give me my money back...
This Company is actually a total scam. And should reported and shut down. I ordered a dress and receive something totally different in the mail from China- absolutely the ugliest thing I’ve ever seen and had nothing to do with what I ordered originally. it also came in a “Order Plus “ package. When you Google that company it is a Commerce company set up for websites like Holapick- Unfortunately You are not able to do exchanges or refunds for incorrect items!
Plain and simple do NOT buy anything from this company. Every shirt I bought from them was nothing like the pictures. In fact some of the one's with christian saying on them weren't even printed in english. I tried to get in contact with them and there was NO contact # so I sent them numerous emails and they still wouldn't give me an address to send them back. I finally contacted my bank and they dealt with them. I got my money back and as for the tops there still here but you couldn't pay me to even wear one little alone all the rest. Save your money....PERIOD!!!
Wow, very disappointed with order. Missing items and one item wrong size. Quality of material is awful. I so wish I would have read reviews prior. Emailed waiting for response. No phone number to actually speak to person.

ZERO STARS!!! This company is a joke! I wish I would have read reviews before buying clothes from their site. Nothing is the size it’s supposed to be. Large sweaters seem to actually be a children’s large at best. The clothing looks nothing like the pictures. I never got a $40 pair of sneakers they refuse to even address. It took over a month for the sweaters to arrive and they look horrible. They say I have to return the merchandise back to China!!! And pay for it myself! I was scammed out of over $80 and there is no way I’m going to pay for return shipping on their promise to refund me. I’m sure the sweaters which are so cheap and ugly didn’t even cost $10 to make them all! Please do not buy from this company. I’m hoping PayPal will make it right since this company is only in business to scam people!!! Oh and because they like to discredit customers they have robbed here is my Order #859210219259. They also post all the 5 star reviews on here to bury true reviews which should not even be allowed. SCAM.
Listen to all of the bad reviews here and everywhere you see them. This company is the worst! I have ordered from companies in China before with no problems who stood behind their products. This company does not. I ordered 7 items. I got one delivery almost a month later with only 2 items and one of them was not anywhere close to what I ordered. After waiting another 3 weeks ( and several emails to the company) I received the second delivery with the 5 other items and 2 of those were not what I ordered... and clothes I would never wear. When I finally got a response from their “customer dis-service” their response was sorry but you can keep those items you did not order and have this voucher for HALF the amount of the clothes you paid for but didn’t get. OR you can PAY to send everything back to us. This is despite the ad on their website that says “30 day full refund no questions asked”. As I told them, they should be embarrassed and ashamed to work for such a disreputable company that steals people’s hard earned money. Do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else... I wish I had listened to the other reviewers!

I ordered two cotton dresses online and when they arrived they were not as described in terms of sizing. One item never appeared at all and the other item appeared in two different materials and in faded awful color.
