Specifically asked to add kisscut line, and the customer service already acknowledge and even received the revised file, but the actual delivery has no kisscut line. And the quality is poor, there is double white line on the sticker. Would be better is the customer service could have advised that the font is too small or need some adjustment. Overall, will not reorder again despite the fast delivery.

False advertising on website. I placed an order for “waterproof menu” on their webpage and viewed the examples shown on the page. I was happy with its quality. After payment, I was redirected to whatsapp where they would ask for the original format of the artwork. I then asked if my menu could be folded. To my surprise they told me the material could not be folded. I had shared a screenshot of their product and showed a clear line of a fold in between the menu. The man did not acknowledge this. I then had to ask myself what could be recommended to exchange this (as that was my primary need for the menu) and he recommended a very thin PVC which is not suitable as an A3 folded menu at all. Eventually I settled for matte laminated artcard. It wasnt even folded when it came. 2 stars only for delivery packaging and printing quality of art card matte laminate.

First of all, for this product , we do not have option for folding, we have sizes and printing side, and it does not contain any folding option to choose from. All our picture shown is flat and not a single picture is folded. We have stated that any creasing on card material will only be creased and no folding included. I do hope in future, if there any queries with your printing job, do ask our customer service before doing any online order. Thanks for support.

The material used for the banner feels great. Design, printing and the colours feels amazing. Absolutely love it. One small issue was the bunting stand… its foot screw came off. Had to force assemble it back and now the foot feels loose.
