The response to rectify shortfall in delivery was quickly met with a follow up almost the day after. However, the quality of print was not met with 100% satisfaction because the pixelization could not be met and the department concern did not make the necessary adjustment to print and then deliver. I believe if the client ordered an A3 size but the print quality cannot be met, the printer would highlight this and make necessary recommendations. However, in this case the recommendations were not made. Overall though, the service and experience had been great. And a couple of the coloured prints turned out useful for me. All in all, it is a great experience for a try out and I will use the service again, although with a different approach. Thank you.

The printing work is quick & efficient. Once I confirm all the artworks & the printing is done the nx day. And they even help to edit & adjust the size of artwork for me. What I dislike about it is the color quality is not as good. The color faded & didn't show the real color of the artwork. It comes out so poor & I couldn't see clearly for smaller font wordings.

Despite of the fact that my address is totally correct yet your delivery team can't locate it, please at least let them to verify with me ON TIME. Let me clarify, I placed an urgent order, expected delivery date is 17th Dec. If as you stated, I missed your call from your delivery team, and make them didn’t able to delivery to my office, or didn’t able to leave a message on 17th Dec. It’s fine. Yes, got your email on 19th, one day before actual delivery on 20th.
Hi there, as per our admin and logistics team, we have make numerous call to you handphone and you did not pick up, and we have email you to double confirm on the address 1 day before delivery, no answer from your side. Yes you place order on 15th Dec , we get the business card done on 16th and try to deliver on 16th since you placed the order fast business card services. We called on 16th, no one answer , so we make another attempt to deliver on 17th, still no answer. If you think email is the best way to communicate for this rush order and not handphone called, then we are sorry that we did not email you on the date we attempt to do delivery instead of just giving you a call which you will never answer. Bad quality product and very rude customer service. *The sticker is not sticky enough, fall down easily. I have requested the delivery rate from them, but after they told me the delivery rate they refused to provide me the delivery service just say they only help print. They also given unclear information about the size cutting.

As our normal practice for sticker label, all will be in 330mm x 483mm sheet form and not cut into piece by piece. Moon who is attending to you that day inform you that we unable to cut pcs by pcs in good manner. I not sure how you define that our customer services is rude? I remember there is a step where you will confirm the artwork with client before printing, but until i received the items there is no one who contact with me. And ends up the item have a few defects on it: -the bleed line printed -colour difference on some part -cutting of perforation line for almost 50pcs (33%) unmatch -artwork submitted without white line but a part of the finished product have. (i can provide the pictures as proof if you need it, since this column are not allow to attach picture) But since the whole process takes only 4 days, and the online ordering platform is user friendly, 2 stars are still given. Actually, I was wrong when I told them they were unprofessional. They are not. They are just not professional. A professional printer would not have contorted a client’s image by stretching it to fit the required size, as they did with my business card. A professional printer would have alerted the client about the problem and allowed the client to get back with the appropriate artwork. It is true they sent me a picture of the proposed business card without mentioning any problems and so I assumed that they wanted me to check for spelling errors – which I did and confirmed all was fine. On a phone image, the contortions of the business card was not clear, AND not expected, as I assumed I was dealing with professionals. Then there was the other issue with the brochure. The artwork sent had equally divided panels for all the required information. Just because I specified that folding of the brochure was not required (since I had my own staff to do it and didn't want to pay for extra cost), did not mean it was no more a brochure. It was ordered as a BROCHURE. The product that I received was a mess of the formatted panels provided in the correctly formatted artwork sent to them. What I received was brochures with stretched and shrunk the panels making them uneven in size and could not neatly be folded. Finally they are claiming that I will receive a full refund for these items. First of all, it will not be a “full refund” since I paid by credit card. They are deducting the 3% which is imposed by merchant banks to them for credit card payments. I cannot understand why I am being penalised for their mistake. Also, apart from the time wasted waiting for their product and now having to find another vendor, I am also required to send back the defective items BEFORE they will refund any monies AND there has been no mention of bearing the delivery charges, which looks like it will also be at my cost. So I end up paying good money for nothing but a whole lot of trouble. And to date, I have yet to receive any refund. All said and done, ImageMagic is cheaper than most printers but I am reminded about “paying peanuts and getting …….. “ 3 days later: I received a full refund.... no courier addition

After we did our internal queries on your issue, from the start of your ordering process through whatapps, we do provide you the changes that we did for your brochure and business card in order to fits to your order specification. For business card, the size that you provide us is 254mm x 190.5mm, we help to adjust according to the print size which is 90mm x 54mm, we send via whatapps for confirmation, and you ask us to proceed, when you receive the card and you accuse us of being unprofessional, stating that we did not inform you that we distort the artwork and not telling you and you unable to see properly through whatapps. You are not satisfied and happy, we keep our printing promise, we provide full refund. For brochure ordering, you provide us pdf file which is in A4 and you ordered A4 double sided print 200pcs without any extra finishing and NO extra information that you need the brochure to be folded. We printed according to your pdf and you accuse us of being unprofessional for not helping you to adjust to 2 fold brochure(99mm x 210mm). You tell us that we should know as a professional printer that the artwork need to fold and now the outcome of the print fold size is not same. You are not satisfied and happy, we keep our printing promise, we provide full refund. Your feedback on this order is important for us to improve in future. Thanks
After I send the payment slip to your side, I didn't receive any feedback anymore, I don't know when the print was ready, when the prints start to deliver, I was waiting for over 7 days to get the 2 plan print.
Hi Paul, thanks for the feedback. You make and order on the 5 Aug (Thursday), the payment was made on the 6th Aug (Friday), we process your job on the day itself and ready on 7th(Saturday) , The order was picked up by Gdex courier service on 9th (Monday). Gdex did not make it on the 10th because it is Public Holiday and was inbound to Serdang Station on the 11th. They try to send the delivery on the 13th hence undelivered due to Access is not allowed (according to the tracking status). We do trying our very best to get all orders done as soon as possible, but due to current pandemic situation, there is always chances that order will be delayed in shipment. I do hope that you understand and thank you for your support.
The picture quality and frame quality is very good but unfortunately the entire process is too slow. Took almost 2 weeks to received the items.

Printing quality was good, colours were accurate and sharpness of imagery was perfect. however the glue on sticker side was not strong and is not adhering well to our glass bottles.a shame really as we don't think we will be able to use them

While Image Magic prints quickly and their website is super easy to use, I am overall not really happy with the print quality of my product. The colours on my original work and the printed product is very very different. My postcards ended up turning out far darker than it looks. It's possible that the artwork I sent in wasn't tweaked properly (though it looked fine on my screen and my phone, even when viewing in CMYK colour profiles). So I would say that this is something you should keep in mind.
