ImagineArt

Hi Daniel, we sincerely apologize for your experience. Paying $3,000 for our top plan and running into bugs and API issues is not the premium experience you should be getting. We take this very seriously. Regarding the API issues, we'd like our technical team to investigate what's going wrong on your end and get it resolved. On credit rollover, we've heard this feedback from other users as well, and it's been shared with our product team as we evaluate our policies. We'd like to personally take ownership of your case and make sure you're getting full value from your plan. Please reach out to us at [email protected] with the subject line "Trustpilot Senior Escalation" and our senior support team will handle this as a top priority. We're committed to resolving the bugs and API issues for you, whatever it takes. We hope to turn your experience around and earn a better rating.

Hi Gary, we're sorry about this confusing experience. If the video generation was advertised as free with no credit card needed, you should have been able to access it without any issues. This sounds like it could be a bug, and we'd like to look into it. Could you please reach out to us at [email protected] with details about what you experienced? Our team will investigate and make sure you get access to what was promised. We want your first experience with ImagineArt to be a positive one. We hope to earn a better rating once this is sorted.

Hi Giwrgos, thank you for the 5-star review! Glad you're enjoying the art and the platform. Happy creating!

Hi Qasim, thank you for the great review! We're glad the platform feels easy to navigate. We'd love to know what it would take to earn that 5th star from you. Happy creating!

Hi Amber, thank you for the review and the full stars for the music generator! We're glad you love it. We hear your feedback about the website flow and we're continuously working on making the experience smoother. Regarding account closure, you can actually delete your account directly by following the steps here: https://docs.imagine.art/faq/account-deletion - it walks you through the entire process so it's quick and simple. If you run into any trouble, please reach out at [email protected] and our team will get it done for you right away. We'd love to earn those extra stars as we improve the overall experience. Happy creating!

Hi Robyn, thank you for the amazing review! We're thrilled you love the platform, the image and video generation, and the pricing. It's great to hear everything is working well for you. Happy creating!

Hi Mahmoud, thank you for your honest feedback. We appreciate the specific comparison on credit costs - that's the kind of detail that helps us evaluate our pricing. The credit difference reflects the additional infrastructure, platform features, and seamless access to multiple models under one roof that ImagineArt provides. That said, we hear your concern and are always working to optimize costs and deliver the best value possible to our users. Regarding the lag after multiple generations, this could be browser-related. Clearing your cache or trying a different browser may help. If the issue persists, please reach out to us at [email protected] with your device and browser details and our team will look into it. We hope to earn a higher rating as we continue improving pricing and performance. Happy creating!

Hi Maximus, thank you for such a detailed review. We appreciate you taking the time to outline your experience so clearly, and we're glad the video quality itself was mostly satisfactory. You raise valid points that we want to address. The confusion around which models are truly unlimited, the fair usage policy limits, and the difficulty finding included generators through search are all areas where we need to do better with transparency and navigation. Your feedback has been shared directly with our product team. Regarding the unlimited toggle turning itself off and the search not finding included models by name, these sound like bugs we'd like to investigate. The fair usage policy details and reset timing also need to be communicated more clearly within the platform. We'd love to look into your account and ensure you're getting the full value of your Ultimate plan for the remainder of your subscription. Please reach out to us at [email protected] with the subject line "Trustpilot Follow-Up" and our team will personally assist you with finding and using all the included models efficiently. We appreciate the honest feedback and hope to earn a higher rating as we improve these areas.

Hi Halze, thank you for the 5-star review! Creating images and animating scenes seamlessly, all in one place - that's exactly the experience we aim for. Glad you love it. Happy creating!

Hi Divya, thank you for the 5-star review! We're glad the image and video accuracy is delivering for you. Happy creating!

Hi Ivaylo, we're sorry to hear about your experience. ImagineArt is an independent platform that provides access to a wide range of AI models in one place, and we're always working to deliver unique value beyond what individual model providers offer. Regarding cancellation, you can cancel your subscription directly by clicking your profile icon in the top right corner, selecting "Billing and Subscription," and then clicking "Edit Billing." For full account deletion, the steps are outlined here: https://docs.imagine.art/faq/account-deletion If you're still having trouble cancelling, please reach out to us at [email protected] with the subject line "Trustpilot Follow-Up" and our senior support team will get it sorted for you immediately. We're committed to resolving this, whatever it takes. We hope to earn back your trust.

Hi Brian, we sincerely apologize for your frustration regarding the lifetime membership. We understand how upsetting it is when something you paid for changes without feeling like you had a say in it. We'd like our senior support team to personally review your account and work toward a fair resolution that respects your original lifetime membership commitment. Please reach out to us at [email protected] with the subject line "Trustpilot Senior Escalation" and include your account email so we can pull up your full membership history. We are committed to making this right, whatever it takes. We value our early supporters and understand that honoring commitments is fundamental to trust. Once we've resolved this, we'd be grateful if you'd consider updating your review. We hope to earn back your trust.

Hi Doelker, thank you for the 5-star review! That's a fair and accurate breakdown of our tier structure. We're always working to deliver the best value at every level, and we continue to improve what's available across all plans. Happy creating!
