Most reviewers were let down by their experience overall. Many people frequently shared that the items they received looked completely different from the advertised pictures, featuring cheap materials and very poor craftsmanship. I will never order from Ivadress again and wish I had reviewed their reviews before ordering. I ordered the dress for a church event and paid extra for expedited delivery. I ordered the outfit on 9/25 and it did not arrive until 10/12;the day after my event. The dress looked nothing like the photo. The fringes at the bottom were cowboy style fringes which was not how it looked on line. I am not trying to return because the process of receiving was painful enough. I will have to have the cowboy fringes removed and the "big" medium size taken in. I would truly score this company a ZERO. Keep it moving; DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.
This company is nothing but a bunch of scam artists. They show beautiful clothing in their online advertising at reasonable prices and then send you cheap imitations that don’t even come close to looking like what you ordered. The clothes are sent from Texas. When you try return them for a refund the insist you have to send them to China! They told me that I could just keep them and they would refund $27.96 of my $92.94 because it is “very expensive” to send it to China. Why do I need to return something to China when it was sent from Texas? It’s their way of cheating people out of their money. I have communicated with them several times and their response is the same thing every time. They are committing fraud and getting away with it. They have no regrets, no guilt , no shame about lying to people. Email is the only way to communicate with them.
I decided to do some research and found they are not the only company committing this fraud. There are numerous companies showing the exact same clothing and wording as all the other companies so BUYER BEWARE. Do not order from any of these companies.
I would love to show you images but that isn’t an option here but I will try to describe it for you. What the website says/showds: Boho style clothing. Dresses, blouses, skirts, pants and jackets. Most items come in various colors mostly pastels. The fabrics are light flowing gauzy types and they are heavily embellished with 3D embroidered flowers, pearls and rhinestones. I know it sounds bad but they really are pretty. You should look up the website so you know what they look like and won’t be taken advantage of on any of the other websites that will scam you as well.
What you get is a cheap kind of knit like fabric. It has a muted flower design screen printed on it that’s a bad imitation of the piece you purchased. No 3D flowers or any kind of embellishment whatsoever.
If I could give this company a negative 1 star I would. This place is by far the worst company. I ordered a dress that I paid $59 for and that included the shipping. When I received the dress it was 3 weeks later and it was not at all what I ordered. Not only was it the ugliest thing I’ve ever received when I ordered something online but it was straight up not even the same dress. It was the cheapest thing and not at all even the same material. When I emailed them the customer service said “I’m sorry you aren’t happy with your dress, we can give you a $3 refund and that I have to pay to ship it back.” Not only did I feel like I was scammed and that she thought I was just going to accept whatever they wanted to send me and not at all the actual dress I ordered. I had to go through my credit card. The worst!!!!!
The photo of the blouse had beautiful appliqued flowers. What I got was totally different than the photo, just an ugly floral print on material that feels like plastic! Very phoney company

I ordered this pant set, thinking it looked nice and the price was reasonable. When the item arrived, the top did not look matched to the pants, the material was poor and the craftsmanship was bad. I immediately tried to contact the seller wanting to return the item. Finely, I got a response from a blogger saying if I wanted to return it, I would have to pay the shipping to China. Otherwise, I would receive a $5 payment. DO NOT BUY FROM IVADRESS!!!!!!
I will NEVER buy from Ivagirl website. Not only do they have poor quality fabrics, their customer service is awful. I’ve been going round and round for weeks with them about returning items and missing piece's. I ordered a three piece set and only received the jacket. It wasn’t even hemmed at the bottom. They refused to send the other two pieces. Said that it was a mistake in print. It clearly said three piece set. Was not my error…
Do not buy from this company. You will not get the item you are seeing on their website. If I could show you the difference between what I ordered and what I received you'd be disgusted. It's horrible. Please be warned. They are a TOTAL WASTE OF YOUR MONEY.
Do not believe any review above 1 star! Blouse was nothing like photo, not even close. How they are able to show 1 item and send another is a total SCAM! Returns are at yr expense to be sent to China, costing more than product.
I am quite disappointed with the dress I received, as it did not match the images online and the quality was rather poor. When I requested a refund, I was offered only $3, with the option to keep the dress. While I could return the item, I would be responsible for the shipping costs. I would prefer a full refund, as the original purchase price was significantly more than the $3 offered. NOT SHOPPING HERE AGAIN.

I ordered a denim dress that looked nothing like the advertised picture. It had no holes for the button holes for the buttons! The colour was completely different. There were rocks in the pocket.

Bought a dress off this site, received it and it looks like the cheapest knock off version. The worst! Sizing was also off as I went off their chart and it was way too loose on me. Contacted and they offered $5 to keep it instead of shipping back. It’s unfortunate, a scam really, because now I have something that is unwearable and short $45. Waste of time and money.

I placed an order of several items. The order never came. I reached out explaining my situation only to be advised that it was shipped. Never came. Was advised that it was covered and told to seek reimbursement from a specific site who had no record of my order. Contacted ivadress again and was told it was shipped. Still no clothing but they took payment. Winter clothes were ordered and now it’s spring. Ridiculous! This company is a complete scam. Save yourself the hassle and expense and DONT ORDER from these thieves!
