Hello everyone, here is a quick summary of my experience with Kanadoll. It has been pretty good. I Bought the 65cm Ganyu and she is Lovley. Very good product quality a whole lot of accessories. My shipping label got damaged while in transit, so it took a while for it to arrive but the customer support was Really helpful. I do recommend the Kanadoll shop if you want good products for a reasonable price👍

An actual work of art. Customer service was excellent and the workmanship and attention to detail from the factory was above and beyond. The total time from ordering to delivery was just short of a month but it was worth it.

Excellent customer service

The customer service was great and they respond very fast and give answers to every question you have about your doll of their company.

Not a respectable company.

Purchased a torso from Kanadoll. It wasn’t pricey (over $500) so I wasn’t expecting high quality. I thought I was purchasing from the US warehouse but apparently I didn’t do it took a little longer than expected. They sent me photos of the torso (w/ head and arms) and it look just like the pic on the website. Once my purchase reached the US it arrived at my place pretty quickly. I opened the box to find that what they sent me did not match the photos they sent. Same design and all, skin tone was very dark. I wasn’t too happy about the bait and switch photos. I checked my order and I didn’t realize that I had purchased the torso with tan skin. The website photo was NOT tan and the photos they sent me it was NOT tan skin either. If they had I would have canceled the order and reordered with the lighter skin tone. But I didn’t want the hassle of returning it so I just dealt with it. After a couple of uses I noticed that there was a sloshing sound coming from inside the torso. I’m always careful when cleaning. I even put a plastic bag around the neck and held it with a rubber band. Apparently the back of the vagina cavity wasn’t sealed and there was a hollow area just behind it. Either a design flaw or a manufacturing defect. I emailed Kanadoll to let them know. I got a nice long response telling me no refunds on custom orders. Which it wasn’t, it was a “purchase as is”, absolutely no changes. The email also said it was my fault for not checking it out when it arrived. I’m sorry but that issues was in a place where it is not visible, I can’t even stick my fingers in that far to check it. Just FYI, I did not request an exchange or refund when I emailed Kanadoll. Their response put all the blame on me. This was my first and last purchase from Kanadoll. First the bait and switch photos and then blaming me for a defective product.

The customer service was really good. I got a quick response and all my questions were satisfactorily answered. The doll was in good conditions except for the back part, where there was some hard impressions left on it which may be due to the doll was placed on that position for long on the hard surface inside the box. And the most important thing is that I had expected the TPE body of the doll to be more softer than what I have received. I hope in future company will manufacture more softer body to provide realistic effect. Overall the doll is good and good looking just as shown in the advertisement. Thank you.

Fast discreet shipping and after the head was made, an email with pictures of it was emailed to me to make sure I was happy with it before it got sent to me! They are also willing to send me a free gift for a review and the headstand option is actually something I wanted to get after this purchase anyway! Overall professional and friendly. Product was packaged well to avoid damage and is of a quality construction.

After some use, my partner and I decide to do a review, first off, the pick up of the doll was not easy, since my package was delivered to a Fedex Express location, typically heavy packages like this are to be pick up on FedEx Ground, so be careful with this if you plan to pick up dolls on fedex locations, make sure is Fedex Ground!!! Going back to picking up the doll, the fedex clerk gave hard time to pick up this our doll, so we’ve spent almost an hour to get her. Afterwards, once our doll was retrieved and travelled to our beloved home, we opened the package, the inside of the box was in disgusting conditions, there was some moist dark areas of the box we didn’t know what was it but we proceeded unpacking, we discovered the doll’s feet and legs were stained with some darkish color, the breast were weird, one boob was filled with gel but the other felt hollow, for all we know we ordered boobs with gel filling, the fingers skeleton was also sticking out of fingers. The weight of the doll it was heavy as expected but is not big of an issue toif you have some help to move her around. Overall, we’re ok with the experience, the looks are exactly how the doll looked from the website, but quality wise not that cool. Mind that it’s our first time buying a doll, we got her bunch of clothing and have fun with her whenever the moment calls. Hope this review helps any first timer.

Vanessa (165cm Galaxy “Sophie”) is beyond my expectations. Being on a fixed income, being able to afford a doll is kind of a feat if not impossible. I have a certain amount to spend on a doll after all normal expenses are taken care of. Well Kanadoll has what I was looking for in a BEAUTIFUL doll for a reasonable price. I paid $600 for a doll with two (yes, two) heads. That’s usually a $300-ish value for that second head. I’ve bought dolls before and usually cheap dolls wouldn’t last. This one looks very quality built and the kicker? She’s very light! I don’t know what else to say but I am very happy with the doll and I will definitely be giving Kanadoll more of my patronage.

Six weeks from order to delivery is very acceptable. Packaged very well, beautiful doll with realistic appearing skin texture and features, hands and feet are beautiful, well proportioned butt and thighs and varied levels of softness.
