We sincerely apologize for the disappointment and inconvenience you’ve experienced with the backdrop sizes. We understand how frustrating it can be when things don’t meet expectations. Our 8x6ft backdrop is designed to accommodate 2-3 children comfortably, which is why it may feel too small for adults. For adult-sized portraits, we recommend sizes such as 10x6.5ft or 8x8ft, which work well for small group photos (2-4 people seated). If you’re looking for a backdrop to fit larger groups or families, the 10x8ft or 10x10ft sizes would offer ample space for 4-5 people and provide flexibility for various poses. We realize that every photo session has its unique needs, and we also offer custom sizing options to meet specific requirements. To help you choose the perfect backdrop size, please feel free to visit our guide here: Backdrop Size Guide. We’ll also reach out to you via email to discuss the best solution to ensure your satisfaction. Rest assured, we are committed to resolving this issue and making things right for you. Thank you for your patience, and we appreciate your understanding.
