I was very sceptical about buying from this company, given the number of negative reviews here. I bought an outfit after measuring myself accordingly. It just arrived a few hours ago and it's a little too big and will need to be taken in. Other than that, it's a beautiful, flowy piece. I would suggest that the company please advise on the type of fabric (whether it would suit to go a size down or up) to avoid any confusion. Definitely will be buying another colour soon ☺️ in a smaller size.

Was very skeptical about this company. But I was like hey my order is only $55 for 3 items. If anything, I would use either my virtual card or my cash app card to pay to keep my bank info protected. For some reason shipping was an extra $22 so my total came up to $77. Now we are getting a little pricey for some cheap dresses but I said fine, I really like these. However, after several attempts of inputting the info and proceeding, just when you think you're on the last page. It ask for the numbers again. It's not that it gives you an error or anything, and because I work for a fraud dept specifically debit card, this is how it starts. Safe to say, I will be replacing the virtual card number and cash app card. And that's why I chose that option just in case so, I don't have to change physical card for my main bank. Shoppers beware!!!

There's clearly an issue when your company has 81% 1 star reviews. Everybody cannot be lying. Placed an order earlier this month. The $50 shipping costs should've been enough. Also as the woman stated below, been attempting to leave less than stellar reviews - they do not get left on the site. The company is leaving up the only reviews that make them look good. Having to resort to outlets such as this one. I implore everyone who has a bad experience to leave reviews here. So that people are not having to deal with false representation. I only wish Trustpilot had photos so that we can verify what we are saying. Know Fashion Style your days are limited.

Continues uploading 1 star review of items. With photos. Company keeps deleting. You can tell there are fake reviews on the website. All of them have bad grammar. They must think we’re dumb. Wouldn't order here again. The sales rep Fiona was nice. Though she doesn't answer questions that offer critical feedback of the items. They always tell you follow the size charts. But according to their size charts they are still off. I've ordered a size 28 inch waist pants which fit. But the size 30 inch waist pants do not fit. How does that make sense. I've left real reviews as the sites reviews just scream fake. My 1 star reviews ALL seem to get deleted while my 5 star reviews stayed. My reviews had pictures and everything. I advised Fiona my 1 star reviews got deleted and left more 1 star reviews. Just another cheap overseas shop with bad quality clothing. Shut them down.

Mainly, it appears, in your responses to negative reviews you never take responsibility, constantly revealing "the customer didn't read the details thoroughly". I want to thank everyone for their review of this company. I was just about to place an order until I read the reviews and the responses from the company customer service department. In every response from the CS department was a flat out refusal to take accountability for their error.
Just as @Roselecup XXX stated. The CS department has the same cookie response to everyone. "if it's a size mistake it's usually because the customer misread the sizing" It was ALWAYS the customers fault! Not likely!
It's a blatant disrespectful and disregarding response to someone who spent their hard earned money on an item(s) that was less than, or not at all what was advertised and described! And to say at EVERY turn that it's the customers fault! Not cool!

When the items I ordered were out of stock I got a personal email informing me of it. The items that I ordered in exchange for them came in a timely fashion. I tried on my outfits once I recieved them and they fit perfectly.
