Hey there! It looks like you added an Add On to the recent reports that you ordered, so they didn't fall under the Screening Credit bundle you had purchased. I'm going to send you a direct message via email to walk you through those details so that they're not public. Please keep a lookout in your inbox for that. Thank you!

Good morning, Gretchen! I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble. I don't see any flags on your account that would keep you from logging in. I don't see that you've reached out to our customer support team either. I'll have Pharoll from our team reach out to you at the email address we have on file. The email will be coming from [email protected]. Please make sure to check your spam folder if you don't receive the email this morning. We'd like to get this resolved for you ASAP so you can access the run reports.
