In regards to your recent order with the blue napkins, I can see where you could be confused….the 2 napkins look similar to the older napkins you ordered approximately a year earlier. The reason for this is because they are from 2 different collections and both have different item numbers – similar but not the same. The gift bag situation I’m not 100% sure of because I don’t know which bag you actually received but I’m glad you were refunded regardless. Hopefully this won’t happen again.
