Two Months before Shippment, and always missing parts

I've ordered twice from Letbricks. Each order took nine weeks, BEFORE it was even shipped! In both orders, parts were missing, up to 50 pieces. The parts were random packed, so it took hours to sort them. Letbricks offered replacement shipping, but the missing parts popped up everywhere throughout the build. So I would have stopped the build each time for another two months before I could go on. NEVER AGAIN!!!

Hi Carsten, I'm really sorry as we are actively helping you with this issue. I know it takes a lot of time to sort out the parts, but I will mail you the missing parts as soon as possible.

Everything was fine - delivery and communication great!

My first ordered set was the large cathedral. Looking forward to the builds. This was very well packaged and the shipping was all as promised - everything went smoothly and the communication is very exemplary. Every concern was answered quickly. I would love to order here again! Clear purchase instruction!

Great packaging and usb drive instructions.

I haven’t built the sets yet but everything was packaged with care and each came with its own usb drive that had the directions. Much nicer than the postcards with a qr code on them that doesn’t always work. Looking forward to the builds.
