For my first experience with Letbricks I chose EMD SD-70 Union Pacific. I have two trains from the Lego company and wanted to try something more challenging.
First the good... The instructions come on a flash drive which is convenient. The bricks are of high quality and fit well. There is slight color variation in the red bricks but nothing highly noticeable.
Now the bad... The kit was missing all of the 1x1x2/3 sloped tiles. There are at least 28 as of step 61 of 161. I also had to get 2 2x8 tiles out of my spare parts box. I hesitate to think of what else mind be missing.
I've ordered the missing parts but construction will need to wait until the parts arrive. I am disappointed.
Rather than put together the parts as kits are ordered, it might prove wiser to have a small number of these kits already packaged and ready to go. It would be better to spend more time on quality control with part counts than to do the same work twice when a customer finds parts missing.
I've ordered a second kit before the first one arrived. Now I dread what I may, or may not, find upon opening the second kit.

Hello Harry, I'm very sorry to let you have such a bad experience, because our parts are sorted manually, there may be some errors, because MOC cannot be mass-produced, everyone's hobbies are different, but we are trying to expand sales, I think the train Will do better next year. If you are missing any parts, you can contact us, and I will solve the problem of parts for you.
My order was delivered within then expected time-frame and in good condition. There are some minor issues with parts but their customer service has been extremely helpful in making things right.
Despite the set being a bit late, they were quick to explain the matter to me after my message. The package arrived quickly considering the distance it travelled.
I received my package without damages and they did a great job on the packing.
It arrived with all bricks nicely packed in plastic bags. Looks indeed well taken care off.
Excellent build, very high-quality bricks that fit well 99% of the time. Some of the technic parts were a little tight, but only 4 or 5 wiggly parts overall. Instructions are also excellent, although putting the drivers together proved to be very challenging for me; just takes very close attention.
Finished product looks AMAZING, and an excellent reproduction of the Big Boy. Absolutely worth the money I paid for it, no question. This was my first encounter with non-Lego bricks and ill definitely buy from here again.

The order process was fairly easy. And the delivery was much quicker than announced. All is neatly packed in reusable bags. I will definitely place additional orders. The higher price comes with more value.
Parts were completely missing, some parts were the wrong colour.
Variation in colour of some of the parts. (dark gray tiles and curved pieces on roof of carriage and also plates that were supposed to be dark red in colour)

There is no error in your order, please check the picture on the instruction manual.
the banner and some other pieces with the drawings were totally blank, like the flag with no drawing, totally in white. And the doors were wrongly made which made imposible to lock into the pieces were the doors are suppose to connect. Disappointing

Hello Luis, Sorry, we don't sell prints, that's why the flags on the MOC are white or black. We're working on improving the situation as our current orders are spread out and we'll start with a few products.

I'm very sorry Clint, our warehouse changed location some time ago, it took us some time to adapt to the new process, we encountered typhoon weather a few days ago, and there was a short-term problem with the transportation, currently we are solving the order before July, Please don't worry, I will ship it for you as soon as possible, and I will give you an extra small gift as compensation.
This is a beautiful Train and well designed. Most of the parts fit tight but some are loose and I had to glue them together. Some of the parts are missing as well. Very disappointed when you can't finish because of missing parts. The PDF instructions are difficult to follow and take some work to understand.

I'm very sorry, because the parts are sorted manually, there will be missing parts, you can link the letbricks customer service team to reissue the parts you need, and you can also resend a manual.
I am a little disappointed. Although there is no indication that rails are included with this package, I think this is a missed opportunity. If you only want to put the locomotive as a showpiece, you now have to put it on the shelf without rail underneath, which is of course not a sight.
Conclusion: an extra meter of rails would have completed the package.
This is a preliminary conclusion. I have yet to build the locomotive.
Customer service leaves a lot to be desired, from a communication standpoint point. Looking for order details (at the very least a confirmation) and received nothing from them.
Update: response from company, error is being corrected, will update again when I have products in hand.
Update 2: Only half my order arrived (2 kits, received 1). Instuctions on a flashdrive as a PDF, file is corrupt and cannot be open. resetting review to 1 star

I've ordered rubick's cubes from Letbricks. My order was shipped after almost two months later. When I recieved my order, there were missing cubes, i emailed the situation to Letbricks but nothing happened. Even they did not answer my email. I totally unsatisfied with Letbricks.

+Bad experience building Ferrari GT44 8-gears gearbox MOC
+: cheap compared to the official LEGO MOC via Bricklink
-: quality of the plastic parts, especially axes, pins and gears. The 8-gears Ferrari GT44 Gearbox MOC was quite hard to build, even had to use vaseline to get gears on an axis rod. And after build lots of trouble running it, only 4 of the 8 gears worked and after an improvement fix by myself 6 of 8 gears worked; the two highest gears had such friction that the motor even with fresh batteries was not strong enough. I submitted my complaints and al waiting three months now on answers or solution

letbricks provides a complete after-sales service, your MOC may not start due to a build problem, please refer to the manual and try to build again. If it still fails to start, please contact our customer service staff to reissue the parts.
