Our moc building blocks are customized parts. After the customer places an order, the purchasing staff will purchase according to the parts required for the product. It will take some time from the manufacturer's production to our warehouse. After the parts package arrives at the warehouse, the warehouse staff will conduct a full sampling inspection , the full inspection rate is higher than 60%, and the products that cannot be inspected will have the problem of missing parts. This is our shortcoming, but we have been improving this problem.
Sorry again. Hopefully the replacement part will make up for your unpleasant shopping experience when it arrives.
I have placed several orders through letbricks and have always had a very positive experience. The product is excellent quality, the shipping is fast and the customer service and communication is top notch. I'll be doing a lot more business with them.

Unfortunately, I had many missing pieces to include the pieces that connect the train wheel assembly to the cargo, I had to make my own assembly and drill holes to make the connection so my son could enjoy the train !
I’m still waiting for a reply back from the service team regarding this issue.They are great MOC trains for the price but not happy about the missing pieces

Very good communication. Considering the amount of bricks for the MOC packaging and shipping was ok and went well. PDF instructions were missing but a downloadlink was provided after a short message concerning that issue.
So in total a trustworthy trader.
I bought a tram, but a lot of parts from the first waggon were missing (16 pieces of one item and 16 pieces of another). I wrote it to your support on 22.04. with photo, but nothing happened. Then I wrote again on 05.05. The parts should be on their way, but haven't arrived yet (15.05.). I am very disappointed - I paid a lot of money and I can't continue building.
Addition: The Letbricks team helped me with the problems. They sent spare parts and refunded the train. So I am satisfied with the actions the Letbricks team took.

Great simple MOC by Brick Fan uy. Looks great built and heaps of detail inside and out. Bricks were good quality. And like all Brick Fan's Moc's the instructions were good and easy to follow.
Will make a great addition to any Medieval Scene.
The order was placed on 10th of March .It took more than 15 working days for the package to be sent. Till this dat the package is still not delivered .The package reached the local courier DPD Romania but they said that the package label must be missing and that they cannot find the package . To this day I still don’t have my package that contains the locomotive for my son. Total disappointment! If the local courier cannot find the package I will ask a refund as I already paid for this .

Missing Pieces, Inversed Motors and Unreliable Cables
Well, I made 2 orders, one for me and another for a friend. Both of us found the quality of the bricks to be below average and difficult to use. Further more, I was missing a lot of important pieces, which I followed up on already, as well as the 2 motors had the inverse of one another, one would go forward, and the other backwards, I had to wire them to two different channels and the cables were far from perfect, often not working at all until I swapped them around with each other, requiring me to dissassemble and test the locomotive several times before getting it to work. Similar issues happened with my friend, luckily they enjoy a challenge, while'st I just wanted a functional train once I finished it, not another mess for me to fix.

I like the fact that you are providing a building block product that is less expensive than the big name company, but the processing and handling could be a little quicker. Otherwise, I like your product, thank you.
The product quality is soo good, the final result is cool, yea, there have been some missing parts... but i asked for that parts and they sent me for free, then the creation is done and is awesome!
I ordered several brick trains, and everything arrived after several weeks. I think delivery time was perfectly ok and the packing was fine. Not fine was that in set MOC-38223 ES44AC BNSF- 8wide all of the electrical components were missing. So, train motor x 2, battery x 1, control switch x 1, receiver x 1 were not included in the shipment. I did not reported this so far since contacting service hotlines drives me nuts.
