Several parts were missing. Other parts were in wrong color. Some bricks were incompletely manufactured (parts of the brick missing). Never experienced so poor quality in over 40 years. Never again.

Much too long to process order. Ordered Feb 5th, was supposedly shipped March13th. Still waiting to receive order. Received order March 27th. Some wrong pieces and also missing pieces. Very poor. Wouldn’t buy from Letbricks again.

Letbricks sometimes takes a bit of time (to Canada) , but the kits arrive well packaged. The quality of the sets is good. No problems.
The directions for this build are solid and the lumber cars are probably playable. The reason that I say probably is that I am partly into the build and I am missing 4 wheels, one wheel is damaged, all of one type of part and the axle rods are too short. I am not finished with build and already I am missing almost 20 pieces. The pieces I did receive are packaged well and the instructions are clear. The execution of the builder’s design are poor. It also took more than a month and a half to be shipped.

good service, but slow shipping
Been lucky to have a few sets from Letbricks and have no problems at all. The sets are well presented in a nice box with all the pieces and instructions on a USB stick. The sets are all quite big so a nice challenge. Had one set with a few parts wrong but after a email were sent straight away, so great back up service. Post from the otherside of the world is normally about 2 weeks so not too long. Last set I made was the Santa Fa and B unit train set. Very good.
My Bigboy 4014 did not come with all the parts I had to use my other models in order to get the parts I needed and the wheels are way too small please try to do another update with bigger wheels so it looks more like the real thing
Sorry, the Big Boy train has more than one kind of wheels, please check the size of the wheels to build.
I have ordered from letbricks several times. Shipping always takes a little longer because the packages have to be packed by hand. I was always satisfied with the quality and when something was missing, the customer service was quick and delivered a replacement. Shipping and taxes are paid by the retailer.
Have been waiting almost 2 months and have not yet received my order.
Ordered a kit on 18th Dec ‘22. Arrived today; missing a few pieces….. The bits fit together ok, but not quite like Lego. I don’t want to be negative; but it would be great if all the bits needed were there at least; and to add a motor and miss a remote is a bit basic. Shame as I love some of the designs. Tbh I don’t really want a response. I just won’t buy from here again.

Very little communication and too many excuses why. There are a few models that I would like to purchase - still waiting for my first order. Shipping was supposed to be free - yet still charged. ‘ you live far away’ was the reason given…. Free shipping is free shipping- unless otherwise posted - which was not stated

Really nice sortiment of custom MOCs - mainly I like pirate and castle (medieval ones).
I was just a little annoyed at how long it took to get the package. I ordered it November 10 and received it on December 24. I understand there were shipping issues due to COVID in China though. Though once it shipped, it seemed it took a while to get through customs it seems.
Update: Letbricks contacted me after Christmas to remedy the situation. They also resent the original order DHL rush delivery so the situation could be addressed immediately. I have appreciated the follow-up; just wished the tracking link had been accurate from the beginning so I could have known to reach out to them sooner when it appeared to be stuck in CA customs. Very happy with customer service.
