You are a really good company, especially Considering you are only starting to grow in size, the note that was sent with my recent purchase also made this first purchase very special to me, and I am looking forward to getting some running stock with my locomotive since it looks a bit lonely without it.
They never ship. They just string you along and send you fake tracking numbers. I had to contact my bank to cancel the payment.
If I could give you negative stars I would. You send me an incomplete set. With pieces that don’t even belong in my set. When I send you a request for the correct parts. You refuse to send them to me.
Hi friend, Sorry again for the inconvenience. First of all, as I replied to you in the email, the extra parts are replacement parts in other colors. Some internal parts were replaced with other colors, I'm sorry for not telling you about this in advance as I didn't know about it until I submitted your request for replacement parts. Secondly, I did not refuse to provide you with replacement parts. What I said was that you please send pictures of the missing parts. Because you need too many replacement parts, I need to make a long form for you to submit to the supplier. Finally, I have told you in your last email that I will ask my colleagues to replace the missing parts for you as soon as possible, and our website will advance the payment for you. Again sorry for the inconvenience. Quincy
Well the set is awesome but the only downside is you don't provide the pieces that are supposed to be a compass, a treasure map and a sealed envelope because somehow you are expected to find the stickers for these pieces that are supposed to be for them from osmosses or thin air from somewhere. I did a research site on my explorer search for websites that had stickers for making these pieces and none exist! So where are you supposed to find them? Hmmmm?
I ordered 2 sets among a real big assortment of mocs. The sets are real of good quality and the instructions are provided digitally. The only set back is the long time of waiting for the sets to be shipped.
I am very unhappy that I have waited 18 days for my package to be shipped and still has not been shipped and it is just on kit that only has 900 pieces which does not take 18 days to process. Up till now I have not received it and this is very outrageous how long it is taking and I am very unhappy with the super slow email reply’s and how slow the order is taking
Hi again Murphy, Sorry for the long wait Your order has passed full inspection and has been shipped (I told you in my email reply the day before yesterday that your order is waiting for full inspection) This is track number: 7321315274462706 This is the tracking number query URL: https://smartparcel.gotoubi.com/ Please search the track number in the above URL to follow up your order. I finaly got my order took a while but seems very worth it not started yet thou
Delivery was quick and packaging was good.
I ordered the Stinger Mantis MOC from 2Bricksofficial, the shipping felt was slower than expected but the product was more than worth the wait. There were also a few missing pieces, but nothing that altered the set too much. the building experience was hectic, but overall, I would buy from Letbricks again
Products are a very good quality price is liveable...will continue to buy....offers some coupons...would be nice
Very happy with my purchase! Great set, shipped fast and brick quality is excellent.
I like your product. Sometime something less, in this case is it possibile to increase attention. I appreciate the quality. I like testing products and reviewing them. I will soon be signing up to your service to share reviews.
Good quality for reasonable price. Extraordinairy service like fast shipment, on time information and reliability.
The price is right! I do enjoy helping MOC creators by buying their products and instructions. I’ve bought from here couple of times but most recently ran into snags. LOTS of missing pieces from this build. However, the company is very responsive and trying to make things right which is appreciated. Can’t get angry about shipping time. Other brands can take the exact same amount of time depending upon where it is shipping from. Little patience required and worth it when it arrives. I’d buy from Letbricks again.
No problems with delivery, sets are ok.
best product quality top service fast delivery I did it twice already and would do it again ... Best wishes KP
Fast shipping and accurate product description!
Great customer service: personal and quick response. No discussion, just customer friendly. Provided quality of the stones is good.
