It was horrible!
I bought a dress from here and it came on time but it looked nothing like the one in the picture and the colour of the dress was very different. When I tried to return it due to it not being like the dress I ordered, they refused my return and did not let me return it.

Rip off site!!! Dresses look nothing like photos on here I ordered a dress totally different from pic!! & return policy you have to pay for shipping and handling again and also the door delivery!! &; wen u wrote a review on fb they blocked me!!!

Bought a dress from this website and received the wrong dress. Tried to return the dress for a full refund and they refuse to take the dress and give me a full refund. The company's policy states if the wrong item is sent to the customer, the customer is entitled to a full (100%) refund. The company doesn't want to give me a full refund. There isn't a customer service phone number to speak to anyone and I requested to speak to a supervisor that never contact me via email or phone. What a horrible experience!! DON"T BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!
COUNTERFEIT DRESSES FROM CHINA, NO RETURNS!!!!
The Dress beading was nothing like the picture. Beading color and design was wrong, looked like a child tried to copy a designer. Didn't fit even though I got it "custom made". Tried live chat to return it, and was told to file a complaint and wait for a specialist to reply which they never did. I asked for customer service number and the number given was fake! Now i'm stuck with a cheap hideous dress i paid $200 for and no way to get my money back. DO NOT USE THIS SITE! TELL ALL YOUR FRIENDS TO STAY AWAY!!!!!

The dresses do not look anything like the pictures, they are poorly sewn, uneven, cheap quality. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! The sizes are off and do not fit correctly. The company said they would refund 40% months ago and keep giving me the run around thinking I will forget about it. We had to go out and buy a new dress because the dress was so bad, we should have just spent the extra money on a nicer dress. When it comes to dresses for prom and weddings. Buy from a brick and mortar store!!! Any good reviews you read are from Loving dresses. I know many people who all have the same story as me. Just look on craigslist there are so many people you have gotten taken buy this company and are trying to get something out of it.
Save yourself and buy local NOT from this terrible Chinese company!
I ordered 4 bridesmaid dresses using their standard sizing chart as the custom measurement was not available for this dress. The dresses came in looking like an 8th grade home-ec class put it together. Very unprofessional in the construction. Zippers were bulky and stuck out in the back. The hemlines were not even. The waists on all 4 were the same, very long regardless of the size and they didn't look anything like the picture. I photographed all and followed their return policy requirements to get a return address shipping label. They refused and offered me $20 to keep the dresses. I refused and then they offered me $50. Refused again and they offered 62.50, and then again $80. Each time, admitting that they needed to improve their workmanship and technology and that the dress was "custom" made as to why it didn't look like the picture. I finally disputed it with my credit card company. Their site in bold letters promotes their 100% satisfaction guarantee but they refuse to honor it. I suppose if you get lucky and the dress you order is nice and fits you make out well but if it doesn't too bad for you. I will never buy from China or overseas with anyone ever again. They have zero customer service!

I ordered my wedding dress one month ago and I very worried about it. I got it today! I'm in love with my dress! Nice quality, good material! I ordered "customer size" and it fits perfect!!! The dress is not the same like on the photo but very similar. I should say it was big surprise to me that my dress will be so nice! Thank you!

It was okay!
I orderd 2 dresses, one orange and the back is open. It looket so Good on the Pictures but it was not the same when i got it. It was bad sewed, and it was bigger on some part of the dress than others. So i have to finde someone how can sew it correct now. :( The other dress was one cream and with sparkle on the front and open back with sparkles all over. this one was better and thats was it gets 2 starts, but it was NOTTTT the same as pic. this was my first experience with online shopping and i don't regret it. i was a bit worried about the quality of the dress i ordered .. but when i received it i was surprised with the quality .. i highly recommend this website to everyone..
Horrible service.
I ordered this dress 2 months before it actually arrived, which was 2 weeks later than what I paid for shipping, and when it did it was a HUGE disappointment. The neckline is far too high and it doesn't even fit me. It was poorly made and cheap looking. Never again.
I'm lucky
The dress came a full week early, it was the right size and color and even came with earrings. I ordered the dress without looking at the reviews and was extremely worried I had lost $200. Then I began to talk to customer service online every day and kept records of what they told me, in case I had to report the website. I was so grateful that my dress came early and so nicely. I believe I was lucky and learned my lesson about websites like this. Be careful online.
Excellent Quality
The dress arrived just a few days later than scheduled. My daughter was concerned as some friends had ordered their dresses on line through different websites with varying results. The dress we received was exactly as pictured, sized correctly, beautiful and of excellent quality. Definitely as good or better than dresses we looked at in high end dress shops. The only reason I did not rate 5 stars was that it was not clear to me in the ordering process that when the dress arrived I would be paying additional $ in duty. It would be helpful to have that called out when placing an order ( or maybe it was and I didn't see it). Regardless, we are very pleased with our decision to order from this website and I would highly recommend it as a good value/ high quality place to purchase.
HORRIBLE
My daughter ordered this dress a month before prom, and I didn't come in until the DAY BEFORE prom! Not only that but the dress was HUGE! She's in a size three and this dress was taller then her, not only that but also the dress was five times too big!! Nothing was physically wrong with the dress it was just the size of the dress was humongous. So like any mother would do I simply asked loving dresses if I could return the dress and they REJECTED me!! They said they will only take the dress back if it is the wrong dress or if the dress is damaged!! So now my daughter is dress less and can not go to prom because I simply can not afford ANOTHER dress! ALL I have to say to the costumers before ordering the dress THINK AGAIN!!!!
Nice Dress
I ordered my dress before even reading reviews, and I saw so many negative responses until I was very nervous about this dress I ordered. I was afraid I was going to lose my money and have to go buy another dress. But my day of arrival for my dress was 04/13/14 and I received it 04/14/14 only one day late it was the correct dress and color I ordered it for my daughter its her wedding dress, the dress fit her it's a little big in the bust area but not that bad, not sure with everyone else but they were true to there word with us, hope this helps
