The dresses are awesome at such affordable prices and great quality, but I am incredibly disappointed at the customer service. I am unable to even return a dress and get my refund if the size is too small and the color is way off from the color I wanted (and the dress wasn't custom made with custom measurements). I just wish they would live up to their title of "caring about customer satisfaction" and let me return the dress already!
it was just completely amazing they are not a fake!! sometimes its the persons fault for not picking the right color online or for putting the wrong mesuerments! It is an amazing site looooveee it!!!
This is a beautiful dress for an amazing price! Came in way too small in the bust and the hips and when we tried it on my daughter got completely stuck! After trying to get her out of this sequined dress I had to literally cut her out of it by cutting the zipper and the back seam down by four inches! We got it custom fitted and even added one inch all around and it still did not ft. So disappointed now we have to pray that our seamstress can add to it and fix the back........... costing money i had hoped not to spend by getting this ordered to fit.
Wrong color and not enough jewels!! I am very upset.
I never thought i could get such a great wedding dress in this low price. Everything is exactly what i want. The customer service helped me a lot. They suggested me use the custom made service. I am happy i did! It fits me like a glove. I am very happy in shopping here. Highly recommend. I am sure i will order again from this wonderful website. Thank you so much :)
Even though I haven't received the dress I have purchased from you, I just wanted to let you know that I am really impressed with the promt response I've had from you regarding any questions I had about my order. Im really excited now about receiving my daughters dress.
The dress arrived one week later than request date. But when we took the dress out, we also found the gift they sent us. We love it very much and the dress fits my daughter very well. The color is little different as we thought, but we do like the it. The quality is wonderful!
