Disappointed with Customer service :(
The dresses are awesome at such affordable prices and great quality, but I am incredibly disappointed at the customer service. I am unable to even return a dress and get my refund if the size is too small and the color is way off from the color I wanted (and the dress wasn't custom made with custom measurements). I just wish they would live up to their title of "caring about customer satisfaction" and let me return the dress already!
