This company absolutely ripped me off. It's a scam company and no one should use them. They say you get a year warranty and professional inspection and then in less than 30 days the blinker was out and in less than 3 months the exhaust was out. They won't give you any money back. They don't honor their guarantee. But they will offer to sell you more parts for the piece of crap icebear scooter they sold you.

Sorry that you didn't have a pleasant shopping experince here. We've checked all the communication emails and found that a free part has been sent to you. According to our technician, the problem you mentioned can just resolved by sending this part to be replaced with the old one. We did provide you warranty service. Some parts might get loose during transit. That's something out of control but there is no doubt that we will solve it once we get any feedback of those. Thanks.
