Thank you for your purchase! We're glad you found the process easy. We hope you enjoy your event!!

We appreciate your honest feedback and regret that the product didn’t meet your expectations. All requests are sent to the seller, who must confirm the tickets are still available. This is because we are a live marketplace (like any store) and while you are viewing tickets, it is possible that many other customers are also viewing them. If multiple orders are placed at once for the same set of tickets, our seller partners are obligated to honor the very first request that came in (even though the requests could have been seconds apart)! If you need further assistance, you may call us at 866-459-9233. Our team is available daily from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM EST.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry for any confusion regarding the ticket prices. Our sellers set their own ticket prices, and they reserve the right to lower or raise ticket prices as an event draws near. In truth, ticket pricing often depends on the event itself and its level of popularity, along with other factors such as the available number of tickets, often referred to as "Dynamic Pricing". Prices may rise and fall at any time. The website dictates what is purchased purely based on user input. Additionally, if multiple tabs are open on a user browser, each tab would be a unique session with which the website would have no way of switching information from one session to another. The website therefore has no way of altering what is selected at the time of checkout. We have also made additional adjustments to your order, so please check your email for the updated details.

Thank you for your review. Also, we are sorry you missed the information regarding currency. Megaseats is a nationwide online marketplace where independent, professional ticket‑selling companies list and resell tickets for popular sports, concert, and theater events across the United States, Canada, and beyond. Since we are a U.S.-based company, all prices on our site are listed in USD, and this is stated before an order is placed. We always encourage customers to review the pricing details at checkout so everything is clear before completing a purchase.

I'm sorry to hear about your experience, and we appreciate you sharing your feedback. We guarantee that tickets will be delivered as selected and that seats will be side by side unless otherwise stated. We understand how frustrating it can be to encounter an issue with order details and regret any inconvenience; however, we are unable to process refunds, cancellations, or exchanges due to our terms and policies. All order information is displayed, reviewed, and confirmed at checkout, and our terms—agreed to at the time of purchase—state that all sales are final, with refunds only available if an event is officially canceled or if the seller fails to deliver the tickets. Megaseats is a nationwide online marketplace where independent, professional ticket‑selling companies list and resell tickets for major sports, concert, and theater events across the U.S., Canada, and beyond, and we do not own, price, or ship the tickets listed on our site.

Thank you for taking time to submit your feedback. We appreciate it. Please let us know if you need further assistance with your order.

Thank you for your feedback. We strive to offer the best service. We always recommend ordering the tickets before the start of the event as to avoid any delays with delivery. It's important to note that the tickets may have a slight delay after the order was placed depending on venue and platform restrictions. With that being said we hope you enjoyed the event.

Thank you for your feedback. After checking our records it seems that the issue was resolved promptly. We hope you enjoy the event.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We understand that pricing can feel high, especially for popular events. As a secondary market, ticket prices are determined by supply and demand, not face value, and can change based on market conditions. Our goal is to provide access and transparency so customers can make informed decisions. We appreciate your input.
