We understand the frustration and wanted to clarify that due to the dynamics of a live market if the same set of tickets has been ordered at the same time a few moments apart the seller normally only accepts the first order that came in. However we usually have a wide variety of tickets available to pick if the original order had an issue. After a listing is no longer available it is removed from the listing pool shortly after.
