Thank you Roxanne for taking the time to share your experience with us and our work!
Thank you Martin for reviewing us; we believe that there was a miscommunication somewhere. Jim & Courtney have been in touch and were on the same page about the few small things that needed to be taken care of. The last Jim heard, Courtney wanted to make sure everything was in it's rightful place before we came back out and would reach out to us when ready. If you are ready now, please let us know as we are ready to go when you are. Thank you & have a lovely day!
Katie, thank you for taking a moment to share your experience. Feedback is appreciated as we have always valued quality service and are constantly striving to improve. Quality communication is a two way street; aprox. one third of our outreach via phone, email, and text never received a response from you or your mother. You were offered an upgrade in hardwood (an American Walnut) because between the time of selection and the completion of the paperwork, the original hardwood (an American Maple) was bought by another client. In an attempt to provide quality customer service, you were offered and agreed to a hardwood that was four times the cost to us. With multi-part projects, our professional install crews will opt to take steps that smooth out their portion that would otherwise be completed by the next crew. Our crews often check in with the Project Consultant near the beginning of the project to review the details. This is what occurred with the LVT portion of your project. While highly skilled and trained, our team members are human and occasionally make mistakes. We always make certain that when such occurrences arise, the client is taken care of. In your case, repair costs were covered and a discount applied to the project cost. By law, all warranties do not start till completion of the contract by both parties; including payment in full which has not occurred. Services do not occur till Installation Guarantees are enacted by contract completion. Services have been completed; payment has not.

Thank you Karen for taking the time to share your experience! We're thrilled that you are so happy with your carpeting and luxury vinyl tile flooring!
