Really happy with the rental experience! Staff were super friendly and quick to respond, everything went smoothly from start to finish. The car was in great condition with no issues at all. I rented it for a trip with my senior mum and it was very comfortable for us. Overall, very satisfied and would definitely rent again.

Have book through Carflexi, based on their website car is available, booking is confirms, later receive call from local Merge rep,,they have to reject my request,,there is no car available on that day, ask me to cancel on carflexi. Why on Carflexi still available and the offers still there after that. I have to cancel my book and request for refund frm Carflexi. Look like I want to make a cancellation. BAD service

Easy communication via WhatsApp. I’m always last minute book flight ticket and order car less then 12hrs. Merge’s staff are super helpful and good service, never let me down.

We had a one way car rental from Terengganu airport to a Kuala Lumpur hotel location for about 4 days. We got a slightly larger car than ordered. The car was very well cleaned in advance. While it had 78k km on the watch it was all good. A GPS was provided but we used our own. Minor scratches were well documented. What I did like was the communication via WhatsApp about timing and locations to meet. I had contact with the pickup and the return team. On pickup we also found some refreshments for us :-). The return team was very flexible and I could change the return of the car to a different hotel than originally booked. They were also able to come a bit earlier which gave us some time for tourist stuff back. So both - pick-up and return - were absolutely easy.

Everything is good. The service provided by Merge Car Rental is awesome in term of punctuality, enthusiasm and being so helpful. Generally we are so satisfied.

Good experience with car rental agency

We missed our flight to trengganu and took another evening flight on the same day. As such we arrived at Trengganu airport one hour later than our appointment with our Car Rental agent. However, we were glad that the agent in charge was so helpful to assist us. This was our first time in Trengganu and we were very happy that everything went smooth with the car rental. The car was in a clean condition with full fuel. We will definitely take the same car rental agency on our next visit to Trengganu. good Job!

Merge car rental: July 2019

in July 2019 we booked a van with Merge car-rental at the aerport of Kuala Terrenganu. We were 8 people (2 families of 4, with 2 kids), upon arrival it seemed to be impossible for foreigners to drive a Toyota Hiace. Merge car arranged immediately a solution, we got 2 5/7 seaters instead. They only charged us the delivery fee of the second car ... which in a way was acceptable. When we had battery problems on the road, we paid the new battery but got the amount back when delivering the car at KLIA2. In general: very positive experience with Merge car rental in Malaysia!
