Easy communication via WhatsApp
We had a one way car rental from Terengganu airport to a Kuala Lumpur hotel location for about 4 days. We got a slightly larger car than ordered. The car was very well cleaned in advance. While it had 78k km on the watch it was all good. A GPS was provided but we used our own. Minor scratches were well documented. What I did like was the communication via WhatsApp about timing and locations to meet. I had contact with the pickup and the return team. On pickup we also found some refreshments for us :-). The return team was very flexible and I could change the return of the car to a different hotel than originally booked. They were also able to come a bit earlier which gave us some time for tourist stuff back. So both - pick-up and return - were absolutely easy.
