Customer service was super helpful and responsive! I ordered a dress that, by my own error, was a bit too big. Beautiful dress, but I clicked the wrong size. At any rate, they made it right. Thank you!

My wedding dress
I had a nice experience buying for the first time throw this website and my wedding dress. I paid the extra to have the dress with my measurements but when arrived was still a bit big for me as I looses weight. The material and shape was really nice and shipping super fast. I had to paid customs clearance when order arrived to my country but they refunded the amount. All the guest where asking where I bought such a nice dress :-). A secret.... Thanks a lot and I will for sure order again!

I had a very good experience. I bought a jumpsuit tailored for my size and it fitted very well. I had to make just small adjustments (size of legs and sleeves). Also I was surprised by the quality of the clothe. I had a very good relationship with the service team which helped me with everything I needed (delivery time and fees). I recommend Milanoo!

I ordered a wedding dress. I fits nearly perfect. I just have to fit the leight. The quality ist as I expected very well, but not high class. If you want a dress in low budjet but good quality, this is you shop.
I had the perfect wedding thanks to Milanoo. I didn't have thousands of euros to spend on a dress and I only had to iron this one! So worth it!!! <3

I have ordered 2 dresses from Milanoo. One in 2018 and one in March of 2022. Both took a long time to arrive but were worth the wait. Both were high quality and extremely well made, just like the photos. I do trust them and I will order from them again. If you have the time to wait for the delivery, you won’t find better for the price.

If I could leave no stars I would
If I could leave no stars I would. Without a doubt fake company. I sent a message via the website and upon trying to send the message it asked me to complete a “verification code” which is the combo letter and numbers to make sure you are a human. I got it correct both times but the website said I was incorrect. Then I proceeded to call the number listed on the website even tho it’s Chinese and it said that my number is bared from making phone calls to that number. Absolute scam and this is the second time and second Chinese base company this has happened with I’m so sick of it.

I am very satisfied about the whole service. I bought several products, in paticular heeled shoes and cuissardes, some dresses, and the quality was excellent. There is a great variety of coiche, and you can find many products that are generally sold elsewere as more expensive. I definitively advice this service.
