I ordered several pairs of shoes from Milanoo. All of them arrived and all of them were just as pictured on the site. The reason that I am giving them 4 stars and not five is because I had to change my credit card after I used it on their web s
ite. I had trouble using the card to pay for the purchase directly to Milanoo. After I input all of the info. correctly for the 3rd time I had to pay through Pay Pale. It went through the first time on Pay Pale with no problems. Then the following day my bank notified me that there were suspicious charges on my card. I will order form them again, but will always use Pay Pale. I suggest that everyone use Pay Pale when ordering from this web site.

So far my experience has been poor. I'm yet to receive my order. It was paid for and advised 7-15 days for shipping. The tracking number provided is not recognised so I have no updates available despite the money being taken immediately.
Additionally an email was sent to customer services and I've received no reply to it. I really wish I'd read the reviews beforehand as this appears to be a common theme.
I live in hope now that the item arrives in time for the wedding...I'm not holding my breath.

I got a beautiful dress which I get lots of compliments on. The only thing that stops me giving 5 stars is it was advertised as silk but when it came, the ticket inside said 100% polyester.

I've been ordering from Milanoo for a number of years, and I've never had a problem with my items. They were always received well packaged. When our mailbox got broken into and the thief claimed our package from the mail centre. I went and got a police report and I wrote to Milanoo to explain what happened and that I needed to re-order the items. Their customer service went above and beyond, and sent me another package without any cost to me. I have been a loyal costumer to Milanoo ever since. Thank you for all these years.

I've only ordered once so this may not be considered a true review. I bought a skirt from this website. While not top quality, it does the job. There were no shipping issues but I would not be able to judge if I got every bit of what my money got me. This website is definitely useful for cosplayers and party goers. I bought a pair of tailored boots. Was nervous about ordering from a Chinese company because of size differences, transit times, and the lack of consumer protection laws (I am in the US). However, the style of the boots I wanted (combat lace ups with straps) is not readily available anywhere but here.
A hundred dollars is a lot for me but not a lot to pay for boots. I was pleasantly surprised when I got them. They were on time, of at least $100 quality, and fit like they were made for me. I will buy from this company again.
Word to the wise - I bought boots that came in US sizes. If you are buying clothes, Asian sizing is way smaller than US sizes.

Just have to be patient.
Orders are ex China, so not just out of state.
Expect 4-8 weeks for delivery, so organize your time.
Products look nice but are cheaply made. I wouldn't expect the sexy saddles I bought for my wife to last all that long.. so you can afford to change up often.
For $55.00 your not going to get Christian Louboutin (sp?) quality, are you? But they look just as good.

I was worried about ordering a coat from China and reading all of the negative reviews, but I decided to give it a shot and order from Milanoo. My coat came EXTREMELY fast and it was exactly like the description and it fit me perfectly! I can't say what the return process would have been like because I'm keeping the coat!
The item received was not the same as the picture. When I informed them of this and asked for a refund, they asked for a 15% restocking fee!! If it was simply unwanted, fair enough, but it was not as advertised!

They are legit. Ordered a cosplay outfit, was determined to arrive August 9th, arrive at my house on august 6th instead, everything fit and felt great to wear.
After placing an order for my wedding shoes, I checked Trustpilot and was mortified. Luckily though, my order arrived as expected and the fit was perfect :). I haven't needed to contact the customer service but my experience has been good
To be honest my cosplay was 30 bucks and not at all expensive like what other people ordered on here. I ordered a Mizore Shirayuki cosplay in 2014 and it was pretty good quality, I still have it today. So because of these reviews I suggest buying things under $50.
I did not hesitate long before ordering this dress and I really did well. The fabric is thick and the cut really falls perfectly. After reading the comments, I took a size above mine (from 46 for a size 44) and it was perfect.Attention however: - It is very adjusted at the level of the torso and the zipper is a little difficult to rise, you will certainly need someone to help you close it.- The dress is very long, I am 1m65 and even with heels of 6cm I spent my day to hurry in the fabric that was lying on the floor. So plan a small touch of hem if you like me are not very great.- The neckline is very open, the volume of the chest and the choice of bra will determine if you need to make a stitch or to add a pin. I put a little black safety pin and it was perfect.In conclusion, a very good quality fabric and cut for a really small price, some small adjustment to provide for some morphologies but frankly? Is worth it . I think I will not wait long before buying another dress of the same brand.
