This is the first time that i buy from Milanoo for my loved wedding dress. I just would like to use One word describes this WONDERFUL wedding dress! Beautiful in every detail, perfect in the seams and really precious embroidery as well as applications. I highly recommend it because it is a dream wedding dress! The only negative is that they did not send me the satin ribbon to close the bodice / corset and I had to provide for me to buy one ... certainly an oversight. Anyway, this is a pleasant shopping experience for me and i will highly recommend.
It's a surprise that i got a perfect cosplay. I was doubt whether buy from them since i got to see some negative reviews about Milanoo online, but i still made a try due to the cosplay that i loved so much. Finally i got it very fast since they said "24hr shipping" in their site and quality is quite good. I would highly recommend this site and will buy again in future.
They got their sizing wrong - 18cm is not UK size 8.5 in girls shoes, 18cm is size 11. :( Trying to exchange is waste of time and $$ - as the shipping costs double of the actual item price. And having to cover return and exchange postage... Last time I buy shoes or clothes online!
I love shopping on Milanoo! I just recently bought my wedding gown on this site (received it today) and it's absolutely lovely to look at! It fits perfectly and meets all my criteria. The person (s) who made my dress used very good judgement on how my body looks the way I described it to them at the checkout page. I'm obese (very fat) with a big protruding stomach, lower abdomen and butt. I was always feeling that this dress would not flatter those areas of my body, and it was just the other way around! This dress is even fitted at the hips! I'm so happy with my purchase and that it was finished three days before the due date and it was delivered to my home in 2 days! Thank you so much Milanoo. I have ordered from this company twice, most recently I ordered two wedding dresses.
Clothing is basically non-returnable (unless you can prove it is the wrong size/wrong item), but to me it was worth the risk to be able to purchase the items for such a good price.
I ordered my wedding dresses with lace-up backs so that they would still fit even if sizing was off by a bit. Both dresses I ordered fit VERY well and I'm very happy with them. They are very long and will need to be hemmed, but I expected that since I did not ask for the dresses to be custom sized to my measurements. In fact I can't decide which one I want to wear for my wedding, because I like them both so much!
My dresses were also delivered (to the US) in about 2 weeks. I had planned for up to a month to wait based on what the website says, but they arrived much faster than I expected. I am very pleased with my purchase.
My main complaint is that the sizing was off on a few items which essentially leave me a a product that I cannot use. Shipping it back to get a refund or an exchange is prohibitively expensive to the point where it's simply better to just reorder the right size...
Other than that, the quality of the clothing is all right, definitely not stellar. You definitely get decent quality items for the price but don't expect the moon.
Payment was easy and quickly processed through PayPal.
One item I ordered was out of stock. I received an email from customer service asking me how I wanted to address the situation. Ultimately, they refunded the item promptly and sent the rest of the order.
Exactly as in the photo, though size table wasn't accurate
The winter coat I ordered was exactly as in the photo, though thinner and "bigger" than I expected. Too bad it's too thin for Norwegian winters so I'll have to wait till the beginning of Spring. I followed the size table and I ordered on purpose a size smaller due to my bust size. Glad I did, since it fits me better. It's mostly sewn nicely though a few places there was thread hanging out. Shipping was as expected and took about 2 weeks.
Fast delivery. Very high quality, everything like it was described and even better. Size was perfect , it was exactly like it was written.

This is my 4th purchase from Milanoo because I absolutely love the deals i get on mens vests and womens corsets! When ever i had made a mistake with my order they were quick to reply and accomodate, i already have my 5th order in processing! For the price I pay, I am very satisfied with the product, and Milanoo has new site-wide deals every week!
The only thing buyers need to be conscious of is that sizing is based off of the chinese system, pay EXTREME care to look at the size chart for every individual item you buy and size accordingly, oh and if it says buy it in one size higher then you would normally? Do so. As long as you know how to size things you'll be perfectly fine.
