Basically non-returnable, but worth the risk!
I have ordered from this company twice, most recently I ordered two wedding dresses. Clothing is basically non-returnable (unless you can prove it is the wrong size/wrong item), but to me it was worth the risk to be able to purchase the items for such a good price. I ordered my wedding dresses with lace-up backs so that they would still fit even if sizing was off by a bit. Both dresses I ordered fit VERY well and I'm very happy with them. They are very long and will need to be hemmed, but I expected that since I did not ask for the dresses to be custom sized to my measurements. In fact I can't decide which one I want to wear for my wedding, because I like them both so much! My dresses were also delivered (to the US) in about 2 weeks. I had planned for up to a month to wait based on what the website says, but they arrived much faster than I expected. I am very pleased with my purchase.
