Unsatisfied but i got my refund

I was very disapointed because I ordered on the french version on the website, and the translations are totally incorrect ! It was written corset on the description, but there was only the skirt ! On the english version of the site, it was indeed written skirt, but not in french. Even google translate gives a better translation than the website ! DO NOT believe what's written, always check from the english version because their french version is so lame. The pictures also mislead you since there was a corset AND a skirt on it... Be very carefull when you order ! I sent back the products, and got a refund, so it ended well. But I lost a lot of money to send back the box (a big one, with about 14 products), and I lost a lot of time... I don't think I'll order again on this site...

Great, but too expensive shipping fee.

The product came so good, fast, with a little present but the shipping fee is too expensive to order frecuently. Will wait to special ocassions to order again.

perfect！

I bought this jacket for my sister and she found that the colour was perfect. However, the shoulder/arms/collar were too wide and the buttons were really loose. Overall, she was happy with it and the shipping was surprisingly fast.

I get my orders in a timely fashion. The only problem I encounter is when I paced an order but it turns out they are out of stocks. They where quick to notify me and currently processing my refund Otherwise Its an awesome online shop

Late and then missing items!

The worst experience I've had buying online. I was ordering for my wedding about a month in advance. Since it was a little last minute I put on a rushed order. While tracking it got delayed to the point of making it the day AFTER my wedding. The customer support was wonderful, and did acknowledge they were at fault - however it still came to late and I had to rush to buy stuff locally. Their prices were very reasonable - if it weren't for such terrible shipping/timeliness - but they aren't so reasonable that you cannot find a better deal elsewhere especially when running the risk of everything going wrong. The two items I did get were of reasonable quality - but not high enough for me to ever risk coming back again. Then... after fighting with shipping (since I went on my Honeymoon and there was no one to sign for it) I finally got the package and only TWO of SEVEN items were in my package. Seriously? That's not even close to half of the items I paid for! Now I'm working through their RMA system and I hope it goes smoothly. However, even if they give me my money back completely - this still sits as the worst experience I have ever had with an online purchase. The original customer service was wonderful, but their RMA system is a pain. ((I may update this part as I have not gone through their whole system yet)) They give misinformation (such as saying max photo size is 5MB when the system only allows up to 1MB) and they ask for photo proof which I've never had a company ask for. (not that I don't understand it - I just am feeling like this is a common thing and so they're trying to make getting my money back difficult)

Good product poor service

I was very happy with the quality of the products when they eventually got to me almost two months. What i was not happy with was the quality of the communication from them

Nice Design Nice Dress and good customer service

I really like the lolita dress. It looks so adorable. I am tempted to make another order to my sister. Their customer support officer is quite polite and knowledgeable. One star deducted for the shipment, it should arrive way faster but they left it in warehouse until I contacted them.

I love them, every one was really helpful at Milanoo and the size was perfect. I have had wonderful comments on my shoes and I am going to order more!

Wrong size and bad manufacturing

Order 2 items and size is not the same for both, 1 item is smaller than other, also bad manufactured.

Great quality - poor return policy

Order number en_mi_140109125540_143 Item #06060179072 is cut small so I had the wrong size but the bottoms were the reason I wanted to get a refund. The bottoms come up too high. I think the model folded them down. Also I need more breast support from the top & there's no tie to tighten. Need to update return policy since we can't try it on until we receive it.

I came across Milanoo.com some time ago by chance. There were some nice products on the cheap. Before ordering anywhere for the first time, I always check for reviews of other customers online. The negative reviews obviously worried me, but the positive reviews made me want to take the risk. What struck me was that a common cause for complaint was size. Since Milanoo is China-based, it seems the size-charts have to be scrutinized very carefully. Sizes are different from Europe or US. I ordered 2 hoodies, a t-shirt, pair of jeans and a shirt. I'm usually either a L or XL, so I opted for the XL when ordering the hoodies. One of them fits me just fine, the other one is on the small side. Will order XXL next time, if they have them. The jeans and t-shirt fit just perfectly, same size as in Europe. The shirt was too small for me. Overall for clothing, the arm length is smaller. Four out of 5 isn't bad, especially for this money. Shipping was also fine. I ordered dec 31st and received my package with DHL on jan 14th. Two weeks, as expected. Also, I didn't have to pay any customs fees - phew! Overall, quite pleased.

I learned how to order.

The site is ok, the quality i got is acceptable some of them is really good. But when I ordered didn't know about the duty fee's so I paid +100$ for them(Fedex)-Thats why I gave only 4 stars. It arrived in time, and I got what i ordered in a reasonable price. It would be really nice if they would mention that we need to count with it.

Fast and easy!

I bought from this site three time now, they always send my stuff at least a few days when it suppose to be sent out so I get them eairly. They have so many choices that its perfect for everyone. Plus I was able to get things tailored to my size which is a huge plus for me! There's people waiting to awnser your question live! Gah this is why I am broke!

Milanoo item #249034 is a great buy!

I shopped at Milanoo during their free shipping on orders over $99 promotion. Item #249034 (long sleeve long green dress) was one of my items purchased. This green dress is exactly like how it is in the pictures! it is a good quality dress and I am well pleased with this item. I received my package in the mail even a couple of days before expected delivery date. I now want the same dress in blue! haha.

Took a bit longer to dispatch, but after that arrived shortly. Well packed, good staff dor good price.

The shipping exceeded expectations, and the product was satisfactory.

First off, the boots fit very well, and are quite comfortable to simply wear, even when worn over pants, or jeans; even though they extend to my knee I can sit with them without any sort of strain. The soles of the boots are as sturdy as work boots, and the lugs provide excellent grip. The boots also arrive to me a week before the estimate here, and 3-days earlier than the scheduled tracking info suggested, and shipped across the weekend both Saturday, and Sunday. A few issues, the material of the upper, is quite thin, and the lining seems a bit weak. I doubt these can handle prolonged use; there's already a small peel above the out-sole near the stitching. Also the ankle belts don't quite have enough slots from adjustment, but that is an easy fix, but there is also a need for belt loops as the loose end of the belt flails awkwardly. Each boot is in two pieces, the boots themselves, and then separate leg-pieces that are worn either placed over the boots as pictured, or worn zipped under the boots, which makes them fit better for me. These separate pieces were not expected. While it makes adjustment more versatile; it made my boot height measurement slightly-off. With another inch, or two added; they would have been the perfect height. They still fit well, but the height isn't ideal. Another small thing is that I don't really see much, if any, resemblance to any of the boots Ezio wears in his Assassin's Creed trilogy...they may pass off as the earliest boots he wears at a glance, but that's about it. Being that there was no real description: I have no complaints for what I got; the boots look as pictured. I'd say it was worth the pricing.

Can't unsubscribe from the newsletter

I've ordered some gifts from Milanoo a couple of times, and I always recieved the right items within a week, so that's not the problem. The real problem comes up when i try to unsubscribe from the newsletter. Every time i click "unsubscribe" in the e-mail it opens Milanoo's frontpage, and after that i continue to recieve the newsletter. Signing in and looking for an "unsubscribe" button didn't help me either, and now I'm getting pretty tired of recieving offers on all kinds of random stuff, which i actually don't care about at all..

Not great but still good

my order number: en_mi_130530043047_232 I order a prom dress from here, and I have to say that even though the dress wasnt as pretty as I hoped it was in the picture! it was still very nice! it took crazy fast to get here considering it was custom made! though i dont know if that is because we left a note pleading for them to ship it faster to us HOWEVER... I did have serious issues putting it on! the dress was made well to my measurements but the zip was terrible! it was Very hard to zip up! also the bottom cutting of the dress ( it was sheer and chiffon) was cut horrible HOWEVER you COULDN'T SEE it was it was the bottom of the dress and it was the trail so it was on the floor anyway! which was way to long ( like a wedding one *_* ) but in the end.. MY DRESS WAS MADE WELL OVERALL ( with a few areas of low quality! ) IT CAME HERE SUPER FAST AND I GOT LOTS OF COMPLIMENTS SO... im happy with the service call the customer service is good too! ^_^ just DONT have super high expectations! ;P

Huge selection, great prices

I ordered a few items from Milanoo recently and was very happy with what I received. However, one of my items did not arrive. I brought this up through Milanoo customer service and within a few days issued a refund for the item. I might have preferred that they send a replacement item, but I guess it's perhaps understandable given the shipping costs of sending items halfway around the world. I ordered from them again recently and again was happy with the items.
