I bought shoes and am having a lot of difficulty trying to return them for a refund. Their customer service is lacking and they try to get you to download their app in order to contact them regarding a refund.

Still waiting on my order. Paid an extra £20 for 5-7 day delivery. It’s been over 2 weeks and still not arrived nor have I had any response after emailing and phoning. How do I get my goods or my money back?

A nightmare! The quality is incredibly bad, the pictures do not represent the dresses that are sent to you and the customer support is very unfriendly. You can only return one item (it says it somewhere on their website, but you definitely don't find that information easily) and they will charge you 30%. I will never buy anything from that shop again.

I bought 2 wedding dresses. When they arrived they didn’t fit. They have the worst return policy. I had to pay 100$ (out of pocket) to send the dresses back to china and then they refunded less than half of what I paid for the dresses!!!
Never was I able to speck to someone, they only have a number in china. All of it was through messages on the app. Unless, you are going to keep what you buy, do not shop here!

This is a Scam! The dresses I ordered do not look like the pictures and sizes are completely off (not to mention the poor quality of the fabric). It's almost impossible to return it. They informed me I can only return one dress out of two and they charge me 30% of the price for "environmental fee" and 30% of the price for ordering a wedding/evening dress. They do not make this clear on their website.
Also be aware of some of the reviews here being fake (like those saying 'trustworthy AF' in the title).

Unbeknownst to me eye catching shoes from this site popped up on my fb feed so I went to the site ready to order. In doing so I started looking through the full catalog and things started looking familiar. Come to find out I ordered 3 pair of shoes from this site over a year ago and never received 1 single pair. Never got a response to my emails nothing. Apparently some people have better experiences but if you actually value your money bypass milanoo, now if money isn't really an issue for you go ahead and roll the dice it's probably a 50/50 chance you'll receive your purchase. Update!!! All their replies to customer complaints are not for that customer because they really don't help just empty words to make future customers more trusting. Again if you're rolling in doe then order away because if you don't receive anything which is pretty likely you want be ultra disappointed.

I ordered a white shoe but the wrong color was sent. I reached out to return the product and get a refund howver they wont let me return the shoes. When i let them the sboes were not the white they responded back n said its beige white. The website says white and clearly has a white shoe. I needed the shoes for my birthday which sucks because now i have no white shoe to wear as planned. NEVER ORDERING FROM THEM AGAIN. If you dont gave what I ordered u cant just send me anything. I asked gor white and i expected to get white. I tokd them they sent the wrong color and instead of goving me a refund like i asked they just sau sorry for the inconvenience. my first time using milanoo after lots of research & reading experiences i had a negative prenotion of the website and the company before using it, i wouldn't have used it generally especially after so many negative reviews and cautions but it was the only website selling exactly what i was looking for at the time, so i think i'm valid to share my experiences now after buying from them and as this is a genuine review, i ordered from them and i knew the item was from taobao but it was resold and overpriced on their website for profit but i couldn't find it on taobao so i ordered it anyway, i actually had a very positive experience with milanoo after purchasing from them, after payment i recieved confirmation of my purchase, i needed my item for an event so i asked them if they could make sure it gets to me before them and they replied quickly and swiftly with help and customer service was amazing, they said they would make sure it arrives on time, i was still nervous about scams and whether i would get my item at all, but it arrived way before the date that i had requested and way quicker than expected which earned points with me on their efficiency, the item was packaged safely and arrived well packaged, the item was in perfect condition and perfectly as described, i won't discredit others negative experiences with this company as they do have a negative reputation and i assume this is for a reason but i honestly cannot fault milanoo due to my recent experience with them, i would give them 4/5, i had no issues at all, i would advise to use them as a service if ur buying one thing and if ur desperate but i wouldn't recommend buying from them all the time as they do tend to buy items and resell and up the prices too and due to negative reviews it's better to be cautious and look elsewhere but my advice is to learn how to use taobao!! a chinese shopping website and use an agent like parcel up to buy the same items for cheaper, save money and support companies and designers directly :)
It’s a scam. They did not honor the said processing and delivery time and still did not give 100% refund when I reached out to them and they tried to only do 30% refund. Had to go back and forth with customer service and they would take days to respond. Wasted a lot of time and energy to try to explain to them they can’t miss the promised processing/delivery date and not complete the refund, and received no helpful contact from their “customer service”. Save yourself from the miserable experience and jus shop from a trusted brand.
