This is the best monitoring app I have found. I have only been using it one day so far and I hope things continue to go well, but as of right now they’re close to perfect. Vivian from customer support was very helpful in my process of purchasing the product for the first time and was honest and helpful with the questions that I had! The only feedback I have so far about the functionality is that the “Logs” feature randomly stopped updating a couple hours ago even though it was updating fine this morning on cellular data. Not sure what’s wrong with it but everything else is working fine and those were not my main concern for my purchase of the product anyways. I do hope at some point the price can go down as it is a little expensive for us but I truly appreciate the discount codes offered so far. Thank you so much for this service and helping us keep our families safe! 🙏🩷

It was amazing experience with monimaster, in first i just shocked that how perfectly this app is working and the features are amazing. Seriously if you are serious about your kids that and take control of their phones it is the best app. I am so impressed from the customer care service of Celine. I had some questions related that app. The response was so quick on email. Celine i really appreciate your quick actions and best customer support I highly recommended this app for kids and the customer care service is also good but they need to add quick chat on website
