Received the wrong size item initially, asked for exchange and was told to either give it away or return it at a cost more than the item itself. I then reordered the same item and yet again received the wrong size. Customer service is terrible. Would not recommend to anyone.

Had two shirts delivered over a week ago that are mis-printed and damaged. Also the quality of them is awful. Very cheap material. I ordered two shirts same size and although say the same size are obviously different suppliers and a different size. I’ve emailed customer support twice with no reply. Awful company.

Ordered 5 tshirts all the same size , all turned up measuring different sizes and very short, customer service is disgusting only offering 15% off next order and told to give the £100 of tshirts to someone else , after repeatedly saying I'd like to return they said they'd send 1 tshirt for free , which never arrived and then they block you, Tshirts are made in China and terrible quality . Would have given them a minus stars if I could. Amazon sell similar that are the right size, long , cheaper and allow returns .

Terrible service from the moment they were delivered.
First email, got a reply with no words just a screenshot telling me my order hadn’t arrived, even though I had the order in front of me.
I made contact ch on one of their socials posts asking for help exchanged items, they replied.
But they’ve told me postage costs to send back to them is as much as I paid in the first place.
They advised I give my order to a friend and order again.
I’ve asked them where they need to be posted back to and asked for a figure for postage, these requests have been ignored.
So disappointing

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! NEVER RECEIVED ORDER OR REFUND! Placed my order 2 months ago, they said it was delivered a month ½ ago. I never received it and I never heard anything back from customer service- no apology, no refund, nothing! They legit had no proof or way of confirming it was delivered - by who? No photo? I'm home and receive deliveries every day. I understand things happen with shipping but at least try and make it right and return my money. I'd never recommend them. I loved the designs so bought 4 tshirts.
They arrived in a reasonable time.
One of the shirts was obviously much smaller than the others and didn't fit, despite being labled a Large, the same as the rest.
I contacted Monkeysober and was told I could measure and send pics which I did.
Next I was told the shirt was within tolerances and I could send it back at my expense for an exchange and that I could pay the postage for the replacement too!
I explained that the tshirt was smaller than they list a small on the website and it was obviously just a labelling error at the factory.
I was then told I should give it to a freind and I could have a 15% discount on another order.
Obviously I would rather crawl through broken glass than place another order.
The shirts are cheap and the designs are awesome but be aware, if there are any problems the customer service is terrible.
I thought Iwould add on to the review after a reply to my comments from Monkeysober. They replied to the review, not the emails I sent, that tells a story in itself.
I have just checked the size chart and it would seem I may need to also review someone's ability to add up.
The tshirt I am not happy with measures 52.5 cm across the chest, times that by 2 and you get 105cm.
The size chart states 116cm for a large, thats 11cm difference.
Your Small is 108 cm.
Thats why the shirt doesnt fit. Its the wrong size.
All these measurements are clearly visible in the photos I sent, as requested.

I really wanted these shirts. I ordered 2 sizes higher than what I wear daily and the shirts came in way undersized. I wear a 4xl and ordered a 6xl. The shirts that I got measured the size of an XL but were labeled 6xl. After weeks of the runaround customer service is still not existent. All I wanted was to exchange the undersized shirts for a correct size or a refund like their ad said. But nope they lied. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY THEY WILL LIE TO YOU AND TAKE YOUR MONEY!!! THEY ARE A SCAM.

My items arrived today are of excellent quality and perfectly packaged, for this I am grateful.I will definitely be using them again, now that I know items take so long to arrive.
Just a heads up, my parcel was sent the next day, but there is no communication with what company it was shipped, so my items took nearly 3 weeks to arrive, emails are brief, polite but not much information, along with my Internet provider blocking there website as a security precaution.
Would/ will I use Monkeysober in future ? Yes now knowing shipping transit time in advance.
Once again sorry for my previous review as I thought it was a scam, definitely not , but a little more work on there website and communicating wouldn't be a bad thing on there part.

The items ordered have not been processed in the quoted time, chased up for update and then told that certain items are out of stock so chose different colour. Advised the goods would be expedited asap, the goods moved to having being shipped but the tracking link did not work after due delivery time. Then advised that the order had not even been shipped as yet another issue with manufacture this time. No further contact and not replying to messages and goods not received. I have no idea what is going on and think I will have to get credit card company involved to recover the funds. At this point in time I would not advise using this company even if the goods turn up at some point which are 4 days outside of delivery time frame now.
In reply to the comment below, I have sent you an email yet again and contacted you via FB messaging. Update as at 25/05/26 - the goods arrived eventually apart from one item a hat @ $20 message sent via FB and again no answer, the T-shirt do seem to be of decent 100% cotton quality - the first wash will tell. I would still not recommend dealing with this company.

Wow where to begin. I am giving two stars because I hate one star reviews based on just disappointment. Loved the choices and quotes. Lots of fun, but that is where the fun ended. I ordered four sweatshirts all XL, except somehow I accidentally clicked one S, my bad I admit it, but a good company should be open to assisting a customer. Then all three XLs were smaller than an American XL. Oh yes, this is 100% a China based company. All four had a terrible chemical smell to them, almost noxious. The quality of the material is adequate at best, again doing my best to be fair Contacted the company, waited several days, and was informed that I had to take pictures of the website description, then take measurements of the garments to determine discrepancies in manufacturing. In the event the company determined the manufacturing was the issue, only then would the company arrange to exchange the XLs. The mistake for the small was my fault so that was all on me. In the event of return or exchange, I would be responsible for shipping and handling and reprocessing. You know what I was so upset, sure I’ll take the loss. Lesson learned, right? Wrong. When the company sent me the shipping info, that’s right info. No label. No proper packing or shipping instructions, just an address. Guess where? CHINA! Have to send them back to China. International shipping. There is Absolutey no physical presence in the US…..none. Never again. Buyer be very aware.

Hello, our fabrics are all made of high-quality cotton. The pungent odor you mentioned is likely from the care solution used in the factory to protect the print. Simply wash it after receiving the product, and the smell will disappear. Regarding your question about sizing, our product details page has a clear size chart. Each size has corresponding measurement information. If you are unsure about the size, you can also ask our customer service staff. However, we apologize, but we are a cross-border company with overseas warehouses in various countries, so shipments are random.
So I placed an order on 12/9/25 and have not received the order yet. I emailed them and they asked me to verify my address and sent me the address that I used to order the product. That address was the exact same. I told them that was the correct address and even sent it to them again. Since I have emailed them at least 5 times and have not got a response from them. TO ME THAT IS SOME VERY PISS POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. NOT AURE I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE. HOPEFULLY THIS WILL GET TO THE PERSON IT NEEDS TO GET MY ISSUE RESOLVE

Your tee will come as extremely distressed/faded design whether you choose washed or not. The designs are no where near as bright as they seem on website/social media adverts. When i raised my concern they agreed it was a poor final product & sent a replacement quickly, however that was exactly the same. They say they advertise their designs as distressed however no pictures or text indicate they are distressed dispite them claiming otherwise

Return address is back to China - where it’s shipped directly from, bought a men’s hoody, short at the waist paper thin and says 80% cotton. There is no way this is 80% cotton or 100% LIKE THEY CLAIM! Its even on the lable 80% cotton 20% poly. It would melt in the sun it’s that plastic! You’ve been warned - I should have trusted my instincts and googled them first.

We are an international company with factories located all over the world, not just in China. Every single one of our products undergoes rigorous quality control. They are of superior quality and made from 100% pure cotton.
Shipping is drop-shipped from Asia and takes over a month. The shirts do not run true to size. Once washed, they are even smaller. I ordered a 2XL, and it was an XL at best. Once washed, it was somewhere between a medium and a Large. The material is thin. The website, at least where I liv,e is hit or miss at best. So even if I were to order from them again, I can't get into their site when I want to. So frustrating.
This is sad, as I like their designs and sayings.
