Hi Lyn, I hope you're doing well! I wanted to let you know that we’ve processed a full refund for your original order. Unfortunately, the HC4 software doesn’t currently support the iPhone 17 due to an Apple iOS conflict. I understand this can be confusing and frustrating, and I assure you it’s not a defect with the HC4 itself. Apple changed the handshake with the iphone 17 and they don't inform devices that connect to it once they launch a new phone. I've gone ahead and sent a gift card for the exact amount of your return postage. Thanks so much for letting us know of the issue. I hope this information helps! Best, Liz

Hi Aaron, thanks so much for the feedback. We appreciate you taking the time to let us know the free headphone stand promo email wasn't working 100% as you expected it to. We have tested it on our end and it works, and it lands you on the homepage but adds the promo headphone stand to your order once you reach the $995 threshold price of the promotion. We went ahead an honored this for you and will get this taken care of on our end! :) As for the Silver Plated vs the Copper Plated cable, this was something that Meze changed with the packaging and decided to move to Copper only for this SKU. And to be 100% clear, the Copper plated cable sounds much better with these headphones. The Silver plated cable sounds harsh to our ears so we always recommend the Copper version anyway. I also see you picked up one of our Black Dragon Cables which is UPOCC copper which will really allow the headphones to open up and deliver a more musical presentation and add warmth.
