Please also note that the bed is vacuum-packed for shipping, so it may initially appear smaller than expected and may require some time to fully expand and regain its intended shape and size. You can also verify that you received the correct size by checking the size label located on the bottom of the bed. If you still believe you've received the wrong item or have any other concerns, please reply to our email with a few photos, and we'll be happy to look into it further.

This isn't uncommon — some dogs need a little time and encouragement to feel comfortable in a new spot. We'd love to help troubleshoot: try placing a worn (unwashed) blanket or one of his favorite toys on the bed to make it smell familiar, and consider putting it somewhere he already likes to hang out.
