My experience was GREAT! I had an issue with my first order and the CEO contacted me and said the company wanted to make my experience better and without hesitation sent me, free of charge and shipping charge, a new bed! Once I opens my package and put it on the floor my dogs immediately played down on it! They love it. The customer service was EXCELLENTand I will for sure let my family and friends know not only about the product but the great customer service. More business should take notes from this type of customer service.

Mr Fluffy Friend reached out to me, 2 YEARS LATER mind you LOL asking to make good on the previously received flattened out not rounded on the edges of the bed like it was supposed to be for this very disgruntled costumer! Well… they made good on their promise even after I’d thought I was just out of the money - I received my NEW MR FLUFFY FRIEND LARGE BED FOR MY PUP, Luna, today!!’ I’ve GOT to tell you, I’M VERY IMPRESSED!! First, for whoever is heading up this company or whoever saw my bad review and had the clever idea of just reaching out, apologizing for the defective product and offered to replace it, FREE OF CHARGE, NO SHIPPING EITHER!!! No taxes no nothing!!! Look at how little effort it took to turn an unhappy customer into a delighted consumer!!! 🫰 (snap) I took down my bad review and replaced it with this one👀😁 The replacement is perfect, now, I DOUBLE DOG DARE YOU, to find better customer service than THAT!!

My rescue kelpie is not used to having a bed and I’ve tried several. Each time he lays on it for a few minutes, then takes himself outside to sleep on the concrete! I’m very hesitant about on-line purchases as they so rarely match the spiel. However, he absolutely LOVES this new bed. He is always on it and looks so comfortable. I’m so happy for him and very pleased with the purchase. At first I thought this was another internet rip off as the filling seemed a bit weird and I wasn’t expecting it to come in separate pieces. Instructions for filling the cover should come with the delivery to avoid this angst. However, when I emailed to ask how to fill the cover, I received an immediate, friendly response. The actual instructions came in a separate email the day after the bed arrived, but by this time Barney was snuggled up and not moving off!

Delivery was slow and when the dog bed did arrive, it was hard and flat and was in several pieces. There were no instructions as to how to assemble it apart from a QR code. This was not much help as I am elderly and could not make this work. They offer easy returns, but as the return address is in Germany, this was not straightforward and was expensive. The courier company wanted the email address of the recipient in Germany, and so far I have been unable to obtain this.
Altogether an unhappy experience.

XL bed is actually small, no response to 2 emails, Order #428667
I ordered the XL dog bed for $89, expecting something that could comfortably fit a large dog. What arrived was nowhere close to XL. I emailed customer service twice and have not received a response either time.
For an $89 product, I expected accurate sizing and at least a reply when something goes wrong. I’m not asking for anything unreasonable, a proper replacement, refund, or partial credit would resolve this. Right now I’m being ignored entirely.

Great service and product. I was worried about ordering a new bed for my dog as she is very suspious of new things and feared it would be a waste of money.
Shouldn't have worried, we put it on the floor, she had a sniff, got in it, circled twice, settled down and fell asleep for 2.5 hrs. Safely say she loves it.

Doubtful this would work, but wanted to try and get the dog to stop lying on the bathroom floor to keep cool!
Has his paddling pool inch, but fed up with constant drying off (the dog and the sofa!) Except the delivery delay, this has been a godsend. He is now back in the lounge and enjoying some rest from the heat. I sit with my feet on the edge and know from this how it really works!!!If I hadn't got a dog, I'd buy one for in bed!

My dog did not take to the cool mat and MrFluffyFriend was very helpful and said I could return it. After using Royal Mail standard collection and postage at a cost of £12.82 to return the cooling mat to Germany. I followed their returns procedure and marked plainly on the outside wrapper “ RETURN ITEM” as instructed. Royal Mail put my address on their printed label and I also put my Order number, name, address on a sheet of paper inside the parcel.That was on 25th July. They say a refund takes between 5-10 days. Despite several emails to them, they insist that because I didn’t pay even more for TRACKING, their Warehouse are unable to locate my parcel although I have sent them Royal Mail proof of postage. I find it incredible that because of the incompetence of MrFluffyFriends warehouse, who seem unable to log details when a parcel arrives at their depot, they are unable to refund my £24 until or indeed, IF they locate my return. I am now £36.82 out of pocket for a rather flimsy small square of cooling mat that my dog had no interest in at all. I suggest you think very carefully before ordering anything unless you’re certain you won’t have the need to return it. The return cost far outweigh the benefit of ordering from a Company overseas and who’s Warehouse are unable to implement a simple “Goods In “ system. And although they don’t insist on buying TRACKING at an extra cost, I would definitely advise you to do so, or better still, whatever product you are ordering, try to find an alternative in the UK.
I will update this review IF they ever locate my return and issue a refund.

There was a mix up on the number of dog car seats that I wanted and the folks at MRFLUFFYFRIEND didn't hesitate to respond to my email and issue a refund for the extra car seats and keep in touch about the order. I also ordered tje orthopedic dog sofa and both items were mailed out very quickly. I'm very pleased with my experience. I ordered these items for a good friend of mine who has a chichihua mix and if my little friend was still here I would have ordered the exact same things for her. I miss her so much every day. At first, when I read all of the preparation emails before I received the bed, I thought it was over-kill but when I got the bed, the packaging seemed to matched the need for me to follow instructions, so I did. My dogs take to the round beds, and I have bought probably 4 or 5 or more but not by your company. One of my dogs likes to toss and bite the beds to ease stress while I prepare her meals. The other beds did not hold up. I noticed your bed is better quality as far as the cushion part and I will put this bed up so she cant mess with the outside fabric. So far, so good. I think people who give their time for reviews should get a %25 percent discount on future purchase.
