I wish I could give this company zero stars. I ordered socks as Christmas presents on November 26th. It is now January 2nd and still no socks. Customer service refuses to give me a refund. The socks will now be useless as I had to go buy other gifts to give. The website says 7-12 business days, not 6 weeks. Don’t waste your time and money on this website. Beyond disgusted with my whole experience.

Complete scam! I will put it in November and I still have no socks. I demanded a refund several times and finally got it but I still have no socks and I had to go out and buy other gifts. The package is tracking that it never left to China. Do not ever buy from them
I would give a zero if I could. I ordered these socks on December 2nd for a Christmas gift. Simple one pair of socks with one picture. It’s December 31st and still no socks. I will never use this company again. I had to buy another gift and now these socks if I ever get them will be useless. I can’t even see where they are with the tracking system. Bad company!
I don't usually bother writing reviews but this company is terrible. I paid for their VIP service two weeks before Christmas - I'm writing this review on 30/12 and the product still hasn't arrived. I asked them to cancel the order - they finally responded offering a 20% refund!!!!! I don't want a partial refund - I want my money back! Extremely dodgy.
I'd use zero if I could, took over a month to get the socks which were a christmas gift, they are now useless! The website says 7-10 business days. Sent multiple requests for a refund, no response. Bullsh1t!

Been a month and I still have not received my socks. They were for a 1x event that will be missed. Canceling order and going to credit card co to get my money back.
This company is a complete joke. Ordered socks for Christmas on Dec 5th, and they still have not arrived. No response to my multiple reach outs other than "this is a custom order, not mass produced, so it takes time to produce." Nothing special about my order, one simple photo! Contacting my cc company to dispute the charge. Do NOT do business with them!

Ordered 3 pairs or socks on the 5th December and still no product. Have emailed several times to say I don’t want the product if it’s going to arrive after Christmas but keep receiving the same generic emails that the product has been shipped. When I try and track the parcel it stated my email is not recognised. This is a scam company and a rip off of ‘face socks’. £50 down the drain. DO NOT BUY OFF THIS COMPANY
Avoid this company. The advertised 2-3 day processing actually took over 2 weeks. After several emails to the company (with nothing more than an auto-reply as a response from them), the Christmas presents that I ordered in early Dec finally shipped from (Shenzhen, China - not N. America as stated) on Dec 27. Extremely poor customer service, I would definitely recommend shopping elsewhere for similar products.
Ordered my socks for a Christmas present over 25 days ago, they did not arrive in time for Christmas and they are still yet to arrive. Terrible terrible costumer service. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!!!!
I ordered 2 pairs of socks the weekend of Black Friday, so November 30th. Order processed and was out for shipping on December 11th. I just received them today, December 23rd which is not bad at all for international shipping (they went from Florida to Ontario, Canada). The socks definitely are a little cheaply made and the package was branded to the company and small. The images printed on the socks are actually pretty clear and not bad at all. I was surprised reading how awful of reviews everyone has about the company. I don’t think I’ll ever order again as these were just a Christmas gift. I was a little sketched out at the fact that the ‘myfacesocks’ website is clearly not the original ‘facesocks’ which made me very nervous. But I did receive my product and it didn’t take too long at all.
